Relaxing time

The goal of my trip was to relax, travel and enjoy the warm weather. This was fullfilled. Friendly staff, nice room, good internet. I liked the location which is in the city center and had a big shopping mall nearby. It is a good place to stay in if you want to travel to other cities or do sightseeing - either by taxi (lot of them stand in front of the hotel directly), or by the bus (the main bus station is in walking distance). In summary - a very positive experience. I can recommend further.

A very bad experience!

The service at the counter was poor. The hotel is 30 years outdated, with bad beds, disgusting old and dirty toilets and showers, poor to no wifi, and the food was so bad that we chose to stay hungry. There were vermin everywhere, even when changing rooms. Price was also very expensive. Do not recommend this hotel.

Horrible

We get there last night, and the guys at the desk tells us that it was 50 euros a night for a roo, while the girl behind him was telling him it's 30 a night for 1 person and 40 for 2 people, any way I give him 100 euros because he was the manager and was telling me it was a 100 euros. So we get to the room and EWWW, place was tiny, the doorknob fell off the bathroom door, the shower didn't work, beds was hard as a rock and the sheets weren't on the bed. It was just late and we were so tired, because I wouldn't of stayed the night. Then we get woken up by some random guy knocking on the doors screaming. We get up and go downstairs and we tell them about the price we payed and about the problems the girl at the desk says i don't know, and we asked for the manager that she just spoke to on the phone, and she said I don't know go find her up stairs. Like what the f**k. So we go upstairs and find the guy from last night and he comes at us all pissed off and says hers the money and says I hope we never see you again.
PLEASE NO ONE GO TO THIS PLACE ITS HORRIBLE THE STAFF SUCK AND THE ROOMS SUCK MORE, YOUR BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN THE CAR

Poor place, not renovated, wifi not working

Poor poor place. Rooms are small. The tub in the bathroom was leeking, the window on the terrace did not open well, and wifi in the room was not working (it was supposed to be fixed rapidly, but I ended up late in the dark reception room in pyjamas to be able to work on my computer...). Breakfast is supposed to be until 10, but when I arrived at 9.45 there was only little remaining on the self-service table (few eggs, a cold cake piece, no more bread...). 30€ first place is a bad value-for-money for this place. The views only are nice, overviewing the (lovely) city and its river.

A 30 years trip back with limited renovation..but with a view

This place was the only one with vacancies when we overnight in Gjakova...The building dates back to pre-war times with a typical design of those times, be the dining room or the tiny rooms themselves. Renovation was kept to a strict minimum. Service also dates back to a time when competition was not a known word. The first room that was (very seriously) proposed to us was not cleaned (bed sheet not changed, towel in the bath room as well). We complained and we receive a much better and cleaned one..with a view on Gjakova The service at the bar for the breakfast is much better. For the service and the room, the price is too high, especially if compared to some other places in Prirzen or Djakova.
