Everything is good

Stay in this hotel after a 10 days trip around Kyrgyzstan. Clean, tidy and very nice staff. Bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The room is big enough for us. All in all, a hotel that will not disappointed you.

A bad experience

❌This hotel is horrible! I've been traveling around the world for 9 months, it's the first time I left an establishment because I didn't feel well.
The room smelled bad at check-in. After dinner, it was even worse.
It was 20:00 our room smelled like sewers, which was disgusting. I asked for another room, but the staff told me they were full that night. They then offered me an air freshener to mask the foul smell. I packed my things to leave and asked for a refund. The staff refused a refund and offered me another room... Who was also in a tired state.
I think they're really dishonest here. I left the next day and was reimbursed for a night I didn't spend here. It is really unpleasant to feel ripped off and feel that money takes precedence over welcoming the client.

Solid little 3 star hotel

Emaculate, quiet and comfortable in a fairly isolated location on dirt road off the main drag, Gorky St. One of the desk clerks tried to scam me over a taxi issue and a German couple I met there felt she was trying to scam them over a taxi issue. That said I must say the taxi drivers here are the most honest I've seen anywhere. Taxi fare to and from the airport is 500 com and 100 or less anywhere within the city.

Nice little cozy place

Very happy with the service.
Rooms are clean and pleasant.
Girls were especially nice and helpful!
Check out the maps and leaflets in the waiting area. We found some very helpful trekking maps.
Will definitely come back there

On the whole very happy

A good clean hotel with really nice staff who were exceptionally helpful both with my stay and getting me set up with a shared taxi to Karakol. The breakfast is ok and there's enough. There's everything you need in the rooms, hairdryer, powerpoints, good wifi etc. The location's pretty good especially for the local CBT, shops, food market and at least one really good restaurant.it's a 5 minute walk to get regular marshrutkas into the centre or about a 40 minute stroll if you prefer.
