new amman experiance

lovely location and friendly people in the hotel stay , would like to repeat the stay , we were a family stay and my collegues have enjoyed their stay as well , we like Amman city and want to visit more of jordan

I don’t recommend at all !!!!!
أسوأ تجربة فندقية مرّت عليّ في حياتي، وبكل صراحة لا يمكن السكوت عنها.
من لحظة الوصول كان واضح أن هذا المكان لا يحترم أبسط معايير الضيافة أو حتى النظافة. الاستقبال بارد وغير مهني، وكأنك عبء عليهم وليس ضيفًا دفع مقابل الخدمة.
الغرف كارثية بكل معنى الكلمة؛ روائح مزعجة، نظافة شبه معدومة، أثاث متهالك لا يصلح للاستخدام، وصيانة غائبة تمامًا. لا يوجد أي اهتمام براحة النزلاء، وكل شيء يوحي بالإهمال وقلة المسؤولية.
الخدمة سيئة بشكل مستفز، طلبات بسيطة يتم تجاهلها أو التعامل معها بتأخير غير مبرر، وعندما تشتكي لا تجد أي تجاوب حقيقي، فقط أعذار فارغة. السعر لا يعكس الواقع إطلاقًا، بل هو استغلال واضح مقابل خدمة دون المستوى بكثير.
بكل أمانة، الإقامة هنا كانت تجربة مزعجة ومحبِطة، ولن أكررها مهما كانت الظروف. لا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز في هذا الفندق، فهناك خيارات أفضل بكثير تحترم أموالك ووقتك وراحتك.
باختصار: مكان لا يستحق حتى التفكير
The worst hotel experience I've ever had, and frankly, it's unacceptable.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place didn't respect even the most basic standards of hospitality or cleanliness. The reception was cold and unprofessional, as if I were a burden, not a guest who had paid for service.
The rooms were a disaster in every sense of the word; unpleasant smells, near-total lack of cleanliness, dilapidated and unusable furniture, and a complete absence of maintenance. There was absolutely no concern for guest comfort, and everything reeked of neglect and a lack of responsibility.
The service was infuriatingly bad. Simple requests were ignored or dealt with inexplicably late, and when you complained, you received no real response, only empty excuses. The price was completely unreasonable; it was blatant exploitation for a service that was far below par.
Honestly, my stay here was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will never repeat it under any circumstances. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone; there are much better options that respect your money, your time, and your comfort.
In short: a place not even worth considering.

Thanks for your review, though we have to respectfully push back on what you've said.
Just to be direct: you asked us for a discount multiple times — even though our prices are already low. When we politely said no, your attitude changed completely.
You never reported any cleanliness or maintenance issues to us during your stay. Our records show your room was clean and in good condition.
We believe this review has more to do with not getting a discount than with any real problem at our hotel. Posting the same false claims everywhere doesn’t make them true.
We’re proud of our hotel and our service. Future guests are welcome to read our many genuine positive reviews.

Rooms were overall very dirty but the bathroom was the worst. We couldn’t even use the bathroom because of how bad the smell was.

Very bad experience

Wierd night staff with bad attitude so far from hospitality not sure what hiring procedure they follow ......the toilet leaking from underneath, electricity off sometime.an excuse to get to Ur room and ask to spray some of Ur aftershave..so wierd
