J'ai coché EXCELLENT car il n'y a pas de choix entre BIEN et EXCELLENT, mais de toutes façons, tout était dans mes attentes (confort de la chambre, vue mer, bus à proximité, petit déj). Seul défaut supportable, le bruit de la route qui passe juste devant.

L’hôtel est impeccable, confortable et le plus important très pratique! 
Que vous souhaiteriez voyager seul ou bien accompagné, il est vraiment très pratique de prendre le bus pour découvrir l’île. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir!

A great experience

This was our second visit to hotel and on both occasions have not been disappointed about any aspect of our stay. The staff are amazing and so helpful, the rooms, reception and bar areas are bright and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. We made good use of the pool area and terrace.
The views of St Clements Bay are stunning, and change with the tides.
Fans were provided and a fridge for a nominal extra charge.
The hotel truly is dog friendly….. even our lively Cockapoo Lola was tolerated with a smile and a stroke from the staff and most of the guests
The hotel is situated by a M&S Food Hall, which is very handy
and we recommend eating or ordering a takeaway from the Lighthouse down the road

Excellent experience

This is our third year staying here, all the staff here were absolutely great , they are always smiling and willing to help with anything. The housekeeping staff came everyday and cleaned our room lovely and changed bedding daily. We have always had a sea view room, they was very roomy. The location was was excellent just outside of at Helier with a bus stop right outside. The food were nice, we came half board this time. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Ambassadeur and would happily return. The location is fantastic, right opposite the beach with beautiful sea views, and it’s only a short bus ride into St Helier, making it an ideal base for exploring Jersey.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always happy to go the extra mile with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.
The food was another highlight. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the evening meals were excellent, with generous portions and great quality. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the cooking and the service.
For anyone looking for a friendly, well-run hotel that offers fantastic value in a beautiful seaside location, I couldn’t recommend the Hotel Ambassadeur highly enough. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable—we’re already looking forward to coming back!
