Overall very happy with this spot! We stayed as a family of 5 with three kids. Very clean and well located, about a 15 minute walk from the Kamata metro station. The only thing that could be improved is communication as no phone number or chat method was shared to get in touch if needed. We arrived in the dark when it was pouring rain with a bunch of luggage and had a really hard time getting the key out of the keyholder case. It would have been very helpful to have been able to reach out to someone at the time...
For anyone that wants to use the soaker tub, there's no instructions but we figured it out: fill the tub past the two white nozzle points, then hold down and move the knob to the centre point to ignite the boiler (might take a few tries). Once it's ignited, then move it fully up to the top point to heat the water. Watch the water temperature as it can get fairly hot after a while!

We like how quiet the neighborhood is and still very walkable to many restaurants and train stations. Place is clean and feels very homey.

We had such a lovely stay at Kamata Ann. I felt truly at peace as we winded down from our week long Tokyo trip. It was enriching to experience a traditional Japanese home, and the kotatsu was my favorite part!
I would definitely stay again.

This is a house rental in the Kamata district of Tokyo.
It is a family-friendly home with a playroom and every amenity we needed. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and some essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, and salt. I was pleased that the house has a kotatsu (heated table) and a TV.
The house has directions on how to use the appliances, how to separate trash, how to use the aircon, what to do in an emergency and a guide of Tokyo transportation and highlights in each area.
It is within a 10 minute walk from the JR Kamata Station and the KK Keikyu Airport Line from Haneda Airport. There are grocery stores and restaurants close to the property.
I would definitely stay here again.

房屋雖然不是說很大，但是廚房配備齊全，且有洗衣烘衣機。
房源離車站不遠，附近有超市及公園，適合親子家庭。
