I recommend it.

I stayed here with JAL's cheap package plan provided by the travel agency. I didn't expect it because it was cheap, but it was a clean new room. And then there was the bathroom and toilet. I am glad that I have makeup remover, lotion and even emulsion. Parking was 800 yen per night by reservation. The location was conveniently close to Nijo Market and Susukino.

Two middle-aged and elderly men at the front desk who are sorry

I stayed on January 2nd in R7 when I booked an early morning front desk clerk who ruined everything. The early morning breakfast chat between the masked middle-aged and gray-haired older boys was so loud that I couldn't have breakfast quietly. It was a hotel with a front desk area and a breakfast venue on one floor, and the voices were echoing in the quiet breakfast venue, laughing as we watched the TV in the corner of the screen we could see from the front desk. Obviously, it was something other than business. I was drooling with my back to the front desk, but another male guest seemed to warn me on the way, and from there it quieted down, but I was about to finish my meal. If I had been a little more courageous, I could have warned you, but I am disappointed in the New Year feeling. Others are the best. From the center of the sushi, I walked a little in the snowy road, but the room was renewed and the bath and toilet were the best. They also check in shortly before 14:00, and the women at the front desk and the women at the breakfast guide are kind. Breakfast is also a very satisfying buffet for this hotel rank. Even at New Year's prices, Cospa is the best. But if I were staying next night, I might not have breakfast. I don't want to see those two front desk clerks anymore, and without them my rating would be 4-5.

It was a well-equipped room.

It was only accommodation without meals, but I thought the facilities were good.
Unusually in a business hotel, there is a separate bathroom instead of a unit bath and there is a washing area, so I took a long dip.
Also, I think the hair dryer is a recent one, but I am glad it is the type that can be adjusted.
Its location is close to Susukino and I think it is a good sightseeing base.

Next to Susukino, but not in Susukino

I booked a one night staycation at the Sapporo Ronshan Hotel in order to go out for a night in the city. I chose this hotel for its affordability and for its proximity to Susukino, Sapporo’s entertainment district. The hotel is right next to the east side of Susukino, just across the Ishikari Kaido main road. I checked in at 4 pm and check in was smooth and professional. I spoke Japanese and they answered in Japanese. I filled out the guest card in Japanese and paid and was given me key. That’s all I ask for. No hassles. It was perfect. My room on the 7th floor is a single. It’s standard size for a single in Japan, with a bed, a desk, and a bathroom. All I needed to sleep off a night in the city. And the hotel is quiet. I heard no noise from the other rooms, and very little traffic noise. Susukino is noisy, so if you want to be near Susukino without the glitz and noise of Susukino, then this hotel is a good choice. For me, I had a good stay. Hotel Ronshan is a solid budget class hotel in Sapporo. I will definitely stay here again.

9000 yen is enough

I stayed here because it was 9,000 yen per night. The hotel is old but clean. The non-smoking room smells a little, but if you spray deodorant, it's fine. The size of the room, toilet, and bathroom are all fine. 9,000 yen is a blessing at this time of year.
