Small rooms, but this is expected for any hotel so near to kuromon market and Namba Parks. Does it job well at this price point. Will return definitely

Huge language barrier with the staff the day we checked in. He kept trying to interfere when we were trying to type in our address for check it and didn’t understand when we told him that we were already during, what he was trying to tell us. It wasn’t until we used Google Translate that he understood, apologized and let us continue.
Also the check in was a bit strange, it seemed like they didn’t wanna do it a minute before 3 p.m, so that had us all line up and wait for 20 minutes while we could just see the staff walking around checking their watches to see the time instead of just letting us begin the check in process.
We have stayed at an APA hotel before but this room was even smaller than the previous one. There were no storage under the bed even though it said so in the room, so all of the suitcases needed to be on the floor. We had a large suitcase we needed to move back and forth every time we needed to exit the room because it was either blocking the door to the toilet or the door out.
Other than that the bed was really dirty and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the breakfast.

YOU HAD TO COOK YOUR OWN MEAT (BEEF, BACON, ETC.) AT BREAKFAST.
VERY GOOD STAFF THAT TRIED VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND OUR NEEDS WHEN SPEAKING ENGLISH TO THEM

Didn’t stay the entire time and left halfway thru my trip. The area is ok, nothing too wild to write home about. Next room neighbours are noisy, they are super strict about room cleaning times and if you’re off by a few mins they leave you a note saying no they won’t clean your room. Was so turned off by it I just ended up checking out early.

Perfect location for a stay in Osaka, walkability to so many areas, restaurants and shopping. Staff were very helpful. Would love the rooms to be a little bigger so we had room for luggage and clothes but other than that this was a perfect stay.
