Excellent hotel with only 32 rooms. Breakfast was great with either Western or Japanese style. We opted for Japanese style breakfast which was excellent five stars with lobster miso soup, etc. Drinks included orange juice, tomato juice and champagne. Coffee is brew fresh in front of you. Excellent staff for arranging free hotel car service from hotel to ferry terminal about 10 min drive.

Superlative

Basically I've spent one full year if not more in this hotel and a large part of it, my wife joined me too. I can't find even one tiniest fault on services I (we) was provided with. Management and people there were unbelievably professional and they can be any time taken as a model to hotel industry. The hotel design and location is exquisite and even more impressive considering Oshima shipyard, one of the greatest yards in the world, is only a stone throw away but then one will never guess that by the cleanliness and quietness of the surrounds! I had he honor to meet the Oshima group leaders and then understood from where all the modesty and humbleness of people there...a big THANKS to entire hotel staff!

Unexpectedly luxurious hotel in Oshima shipyard

Who would have thought that such a luxurious hotel hotel would be located near the Oshima shipyard.
This hotel is amazing! The rooms are top of the notch in design, functionality and amenities.
The food is excellent and the service as often in Japan friendly and helpful.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel !
If you are in the region don’t miss it !

Olive Bay Hotel Oshima-cho

Probably in the top 3 hotels I've ever stayed in and I hope one day to return to Olive Bay Hotel and also Oshima Island. Fantastic view from all rooms changing with the seasons. Apart from the hotel there are some good Izakaya style restaurants around the village.

"Super"

The hotel, close to Oshima shipyard,is well managed, the rooms are superior, very clean, the personell take care of any particular request of the customer. The panorama from the swimmimg pool is spectacular, from one side like a natural park, from the other side You can find the shipyard, different world live together.
