It was a very good stay and I cannot complain for the value and what is offered. It is just an old and outdated hotel but the stay was pleasant and I would stay again. For the price it can’t be beat. It was clean and the service was great. Having said that, they appear to be doing renovations.

The hotel staff are kind, but...

A hotel built in a large store area. It's expensive so it's conspicuous (during the day), but at night it's not illuminated and the hotel name is dark, so you can't tell. There is no parking lot entrance, so if you are anxious, it might be easier to get in at the hotel on the left if you drive from National Route 338 to Prefectural Route 272. The entire building has deteriorated over time, and rust and glass windows are particularly stained. The front desk is also as dark as a rural Asian hotel. The good thing that there is little light in the room unit bath with huge windows. There is no safety deposit box, and you take all your valuables out each time you go out or eat. There are no alcohol vending machines, no kiosks, and I bought at the front desk. For dinner, we had seafood and meat options (since it was seafood from the previous night), so we chose meat and we found fried chicken and grilled meat. Disappointing with no explanation or explanation for the meat. I'd be happier with a piece of steak. But since there is only one floor staff member, is there any point? Breakfast is served by the same staff, so the steaming bowls without food are kept the same. Mainly Japanese, the only specialties are apple juice and egg dishes. The website's too clean for the gap...

Great stay very comfortable and welcoming

We had a really nice stay at the plaza. Great location and very central. Very comfortable rooms and amenities. The stay were very friendly and helpful.. even with our limited Japanese we managed quite well. The restaurant was good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of western and Japanese

I received a free upgrade to suite deluxe room. Room had jacuzzi tub and vast window’s for river and mountain views.

Great

I walked in wet and without a reservation and was kindly given a Japanese-style room (301) to stay in for the night.
Whilst the hotel lobby is no masterpiece of interior design, the room was lovely and, for the price of a single, was exceptional value. Large tatami room(s), windows which could be opened for fresh air, remote controlled lighting, lovely wooden bath.
Very basic breakfast buffet but your 300yen is made back on the coffee and cereal alone.
Kind service by the ladies at the front desk (who spoke some English).
