We enjoyed delicious food at a long-established inn.
2-9-8 Tachibanadori Higashi, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture - about 12 minutes walk from JR Miyazaki Station! Behind the Miyazaki Prefectural Government Office! A long-established inn full of atmosphere, located in a back alley away from the hustle and bustle.
This inn has been in business for 75 years! It has been widely loved by locals and celebrities from both inside and outside the prefecture as a place for lodging and entertaining guests. It offers local dishes made with fresh local ingredients, such as the signature dish "Odo Nabe," as well as "Fukkoku Hayashi." In the gallery at the entrance to the restaurant, autographs and photos of famous people who have visited are displayed! All-stars from the sports world across fields, including former Yomiuri Giants manager Tatsunori Hara, are on display.
We had a full course of "Fugu" and "Buri"! The final dish is "Fukkoku Hayashi."
First, we started with "Fugu Sashimi" - the pattern of the plate underneath can be seen through the thinly sliced sashimi, and the beautifully arranged fugu sashimi is truly a work of art! The texture and flavor of the bouncy fugu when you put it in your mouth is superb♡The hot pot is a special fugu chiri! You can taste the broth full of flavor from the fish bones☆It was the perfect pairing with the fin sake.
The yellowtail sashimi caught in the waters off Miyazaki was fatty, sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The belly meat with the fat in it was especially delicious~It was delicious whether you ate it as sashimi or as shabu-shabu♡To finish off, we had rice porridge made with the fugu chiri broth~Then, we had the specialty "Reproduced Hayashi" and were full! It was a meal that was enjoyable until the very end.

鍋料理
宮崎県庁近くにある旅館ですが、プロ野球関係者が料理を食べるためによく利用しています。豚肉を溶いた卵につけて食べる鍋料理が定番です。白菜など野菜がたっぷりでヘルシーです。新鮮な魚の刺し身など地元の食材を使った料理が自慢です。

ゆったりできる旅館
街中にある料理旅館です。建物は古いですが、和室なのでゆったりと過ごせます。朝食をいただきましたが、すごく美味しい。たくさんいただきました。宮崎市内での宿泊はこちらにします。

“隠れ宿の料理はかくべつ”
宮崎にある旅館『小戸荘（おどそう）』がありますが、宮崎繁華街から少し入り込んだ所です。
そこでのコース料理を堪能しましたが、海の幸（特に旬の刺身は格別）は新鮮で美味しいですよ‥。
宮崎はプロ野球のキャンプ地やら、サッカーのキャンプの関係で、お忍びでプロの選手達が通っているみたいですよ‥原監督やら秋山監督のサインが飾ってました！
一度、足を運こぶ価値があると思います‥思い出づくりにはなると思います。
そこでのコース料理を堪能しましたが、海の幸（特に旬の刺身は格別）は新鮮で美味しいですよ‥。
