Great stay, loved it.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful.
Great location near the lake and a beautiful building.
Rooms don't have private bathrooms, but the shared bath was great - nice experience.
Very nice shared spaces to relax, especially outdoors with a good view of Mt Fuji.
I stayed two nights, one in a suite with a mountain view (amazing!) and then another night in just a basic twin room which still had everything I needed.

Superb property with views of Mount Fuji

Superb property located near Lake Yamanakako. The highlight remains the view of Mount Fuji and the private onsen.
As in a majority of establishments in Japan, the mattress is of the "futon" type so very hard.
The room included a part with tatami in the most beautiful Japanese style.
***Rooms have no shower or bath, you must reserve your time to wash in the showers of one of the 2 onsens available***

Good location and great room. Got to enjoy an onsen bath in private. All we need to do is to book the slot and the onsen is all ours.

The lobby staff are fantastic! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed! Hotel has great views and spacious rooms!

Amazing stay with our family, everything we needed

Great rooms with lots of space in a traditional Japanese style but also modern and comfortable. Super comfy beds. Beautiful views of Mt Fuji from the room!
We were there in winter and it was cozy in the shared space with couches and a wood fireplace. We also loved being able to use the onsen bath together as a family. This was a great place to stay with our 3 kids, and they got to use the game room and karaoke room downstairs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and we also used the bikes to ride around the lake. And as others have said, the staff is amazing and speaks great English. Highly recommend!!!
