Wonderful stay highly recommended
Great experience from the moment we got picked up from the bus station until we got dropped off at the bus station 6 days later. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed and asked. Breakfast plenty of choice and 2 coffee machines to keep up with the large amount of guests. A set of hotel branded casual clothes to wear were extremely comfortable with a large number of guests wearing them around the hotel. The private onsen was great for couples we used twice at no charge. Nothing was too much trouble even after I had a bad fall they came and picked me up from the bottom of the gondola and helped me back to my room. Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming for a ski holiday

A premium price for mediocre experience
They charge your card 20,000 yen on arrival ... noy authorize, charge which means every foreigner either has to accept a loss on the refund (at departure) or call VISA to argue.
Room layout is great if you have no luggage, don't ski and are single...otherwise a terrible layout with nowhere to layout wet ski clothes.
Bed is two twin beds which means a huge divot in the middle.
Nonsensical private spa policies
Staff gave me incorrect info on two occasions
Dealing with 25 year old poorly trained Australians gets old fast.

Walking distance to ski slopes. Nice touch with the ski storage area that also included trying your boots and gloves. Laundry was included, access to reserve the private onsen, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of options to start your day right.

Lovely warm stay in the middle of snowy landscape
The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming. They speak good English and are extremely friendly and helpful. Really helped to leave us with a fantastic first impression.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment. They are so spacious, comfortable, new and modern! My family members simply love the bedrooms, living area and bathrooms. Very well designed with fully equipped kitchen and dining areas.
The TV comes with YouTube and provided us with great entertainment in the evening. The Onsen is nice too. Water can be refilled at the Onsen area which helped to keep us hydrated! Vending machines are found on each floor, providing convenience to purchase beverages including beer.
Nearest convenience store Lawson is about 10min walk away and would take longer especially in heavy snow. Nonetheless, happy with the location which is right beside the King Gondola with Hirafu shuttle just across the street.
The breakfast is nothing to shout about and there is only 1 coffee machine which isn’t ideal during peak period in the morning. Hope the hotel and look into this to help enhance the experience of guests as coffee is very important to most people.
All in all, thankful to have chosen to stay with Ki Niseko and grateful to the wonderful hotel staff!
