Beautiful Hotel

Stayed here for 1 night with family. It is a beautiful, new hotel that offers everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
There is a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes from Kagoshimachuo Station. The pick up point is located across from the station, so you will need to walk and find the “Nangoku Kotsu Bus Terminal” which is the same building as the Solaria Nishitetetsu Hotel. Just search for either of those places and you will find the stop. To make sure of pick up times, it’s best to message the hotel first. (Equally, there is a free shuttle from the hotel back to the station).
Pros:
Clean, spacious room. The view we had of Sakurajima was beautiful.
Onsen hot tub was special. It can get a bit crowded during the post-breakfast and post-dinner times. The gym was also spacious and had 3 treadmills, free weights, pull up bar machine, etc.
Friendly staff that will help with anything you need. They helped make reservations at a restaurant for us.
Good location – there is a supermarket right next to it. The mango we bought from there was delicious, the best we’ve ever had. There is an electric tram stop directly in front of the hotel that will take you to downtown area and closer to the Sakurajima ferry and the Aquarium. For the electric trams, you can pay with credit card when exiting.
Cons:
This wasn’t a big deal, but I asked for any plasticware or silverware to borrow for our room. They said if we bring outside food into our room that we had to sign a waiver saying hotel would not be liable for any food poisoning type of issues. First time I’ve ever heard of that from all of my travels.

It's like a wide business hotel a short distance from downtown.

Quiet hotel with beautiful Sakurajima, bay, harbor and river seen from rooms and bars. Minimum room requirement. There is nothing inside or outside the hotel.

Beautiful!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel overlooking the Sakurajima.
Pros:
- A little off-center but there is a shuttle every 30mins between Kagoshima Chuo Station and Sheraton
- early check-in, we were in the room at 12:30
- the tram is 1min from the hotel
- gigantic room 35m2, modern and clean
- bottled water
-iron
- onsen very clean with code locker
Thank you to the super nice staff who made the restaurant reservation for us
Cons:
-a little off-center
- absence of deodorant spray (maybe I did not search well)
- no ice and others at the exit of the onsen
Conclusion:
- the experience erases the fact that the hotel is a little off-center

Wonderful hotel - the staff could not have been more kind helpful and considerate!! My room was immaculate and what an amazing view of sakurajima. Tha m you for having us we had a wonderful time!

My mind was reset.

Despite the last minute reservation, they treated me politely. It was raining at check-in, but I was lucky enough to upgrade my room and it was a very satisfying stay
The timing of the day of stay may also be involved, but the atmosphere of other guests was visible to those who could afford it, and I was able to spend it without stress
It's a hotel I'd like to visit again.
We will start with the cafe staff and thank the concierge, restaurant and other staff involved
