I always stay here when visiting Okinawa. The in-room washing machine and mini-kitchen are unique and hard to find for the rates they charge. Their check-in times are limiting (there is no check-in after 2100 HRS) and there is not a front desk, so you have to wait until 1500 HRS to contact anyone who works for the apartment, but I didn't really need to do that so much. Parking is also available for 1000 yen a night, but if you have a large vehicle, you might be out of luck (like you would in most places in Okinawa).

Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was that that the bed was a bit hard. The room was very clean and they provided toiletries. Check in was easy and it was walkable to all the tourist spots.

Front desk was on the second floor without a proper sign. It looked like a modified guest room. The staff was non Japanese, but she didn’t understand English that much. It has a washer inside, but you have to find a lundry mat to dry clothes.

Horrible! Dirty. Black Mold everywhere! Used cigarette pack under mattress! No parking for larger cars!!

Absolutely disgusting! If we hadn't prepaid (3 rooms for 5 days and could find reasonable rooms elsewhere...we needed 3...we would have cancelled!) Completely disgusting! Dirty! BLACK MOLD! Old cigarettes under the mattress!! WTF!
On site employee doesn't know English or Japanese! Horrible to communicate with. Pretty sure he cleans the place too. Saw sweeper for the vacuum, soap refilled from non original containers...see photo! (We had to buy own own because we refused to use the onsite soaps) Shower walls full of soap scum, corners of doors and track of pocket door was filthy. Mold on refrigerator seal. Back of sink totally nasty. Seriously. Totally gross. Should be shut down by the health department for the black mold alone!!! Oh, and the person next to us and above us were constantly moving their chair at all hours... Horribly loud! Thankfully we didn't hang out there, and only slept/showered. Had to buy sponges and bleach to clean. Slept with the sheet over my head to help combat breathing in mold spores! Total flipping joke!
And complain??? Well, the guy doesn't speak English or Japanese and just nodded. Do. Not. Stay. Here. My son booked the rooms without looking at reviews
Only plus was the water pressure in the shower....
Oh,! And if you have a larger car, they tell you to park at the public beach or American Village 15m away!!! Several spots in the bay were open too! Hated this place! But thankfully had another night in Tokyo before we flew home ending our 23 day vacation.
If the owner see this... Hire new, competent and reliable staff, otherwise you'll be out of business soon!

My stay here was excellent. Huge space. Basically an apartment. Large bedroom, and shower. Laundry, stove, and refrigerator. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, as well. Close proximity to the beach, and business. There’s literally a market across the street. Definitely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.
