Mi spiace che il copriletto plastificato non sia stato di Vs gradimento, ma viene messa per salvaguardare i materassi e per maggiore igiene.

Wellness Suite
Vasca idromassaggio comoda, peccato che i poggia testa non fossero fissi e continuavano a staccarsi. Ci hanno presentato la vasca già piena d’acqua e ciò non ha scappato alla mia visione polvere, capelli e peli.
Sauna carina, consiglierei di mettere un olio essenziale perché l’odore non è piacevolissimo.
Tante e forse anche troppe cimici nella camera sia vive che morte, mi ha disgustato parecchio.
Colazione pessima, per 10€ a persona mi aspettavo qualcosa di fresco e non cose solo confezionate tra l’altro scadenti.

la ringrazio per la recensione e mi spiace per la Sua esperienza non completamente positiva.
La vasca la riempiamo ad ogni prenotazione, in quanto sono 600 litri d'acqua e vorrebbe dire che ogni ospite perderebbe almeno 45 minuti a riempire la vasca e spesso neanche correttamente. Mi spiace che abbiate trovato qualcosa nell'acqua, verrà subito comunicato alla Governante che prenderà provvedimenti. I poggia testa, noi li facciamo trovare nel posto corretto, ovvero nelle due sedute, ma si possono tranquillamente rimuovere e spostare per metterli in altri lati della vasca.
Non avendo alcuna Sauna immagino che intenda l'Hamman ovvero il bagno turco che ha un vapore con aroma e cromo terapia, quindi probabilmente il profumo al suo interno non è stato di Suo gradimento. Mi spiace.
Arrivando a gli ultimi due punti, mi scuso sicuramente per le cimici anche se effettivamente la zona (immersi nel verde) richiama ovviamente la situazione, eliminarle non si può ma rimuoverle si e lo facciamo COSTANTEMENTE. Per quanto concerne la colazione non mi scuso in quanto, in cosa consiste è scritto ovunque e viene anche comunicato dal ricevimento. La scelta di utilizzare prodotti confezionati è anche soggetta al momento storico che stiamo passando, se poi trova scadente alcune marche come la pasticceria COVA e/o la STERILGARDA non posso dire nulla, semplicemente va a gusto.
In ogni caso siamo sempre disponibili a poterla accogliere nuovamente e magari farle provare le innumerevoli stanze che Overmotel dispone.

ci spiace leggere questo giudizio ma nello stesso tempo ci stupisce in quanto quello descritto non è sicuramente la ns struttura e la ns camera.
Anche perché non abbiamo alcuna tipologia con quel nome.
