Licia was very friendly and gave good recommendations upon check-in. The location is really good for exploring the historic city. The rooftop terrace is really nice. There are three appartments in the building that share the terrace, but we never saw anyone else up there. You are very close to the arena and can hear any potential concert very clearly. We enjoyed the free live music while we were there, but others may find it inconvenient.
Our children used the bunk beds, and they were comfortable. The top bunk was very noisy when you moved in the bed due to a small gap between the bottom of the bed and the frame. Putting some paper in the gap solved the problem. The pillows were very hard and not to our liking.
We left early to the airport and it was annoying that you have to carry down the recycling to bins that were not by the building but a short walk away. It probably only took 5-10 minutes to walk there and put things in the correct bins and walk back, but it was annoying when you are in a hurry to the airport and feels strange given that you already paid a significant cleaning fee.

Lovely flat very close to the center of the city, stones throw from the Roman Arena.
The only bad thing is that I was made yo pay a cleaning fee of €50 and tourist taxes of €28 upon arrival. I thought everything was covered in the payment I made when booking. But apparently not, please be aware of this if you decide book this place.

It was a great stay. I had some reservations because of some Google reviews I had seen. Tell them the time you will be there to get the keys and show up at that time. Pretty simple. The bad reviews were from people who had told them a time and didn’t show.

Great location, clean and walkable to so many places. Had a wonderful balcony you could sit on at night and had everything you need. 10/10 I would go back here.

Ruhiges, schönes, sauberes Apartment. Leider lässt der Service zu Wünschen übrig, wir haben bei der Abreise etwas im Zimmer vergessen (klar unser Problem) und haben uns bei den Zuständigen Personen, die auch Ansprechpartner während des Aufenthalts sind gemeldet und es kam keine Antwort. Ich werde einfach ignoriert und stelle mir somit die Frage was passiert wäre wenn während des Aufenthalts etwas nicht ok gewesen wäre (Klima kaputt, Probleme mit der Kaution etc.) anscheinend ist man dann auf sich alleine gestellt. Des Weiteren gibt es jeweils nur ein Glas, ein Teller pro Sorte in der Küche was für ein 2-4 Personen Zimmer doch recht überschaubar ist. Wer mit diesen - Minus Punkten leben kann, findet hier ein schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage
