Lovely hotel. Definitely do

Very nice hotel, very clean. We got a room upgrade to a suite on arrival. Lovely room with beautiful finishes and cared for to perfection. Very friendly and attentive staff who work in this hotel. Nice breakfast to start the day with. Also in the evenings on the terrace in front of the hotel nice a nice wine drunk together. You really get a lot of stuff with that, delicious! We slept here for two nights. For anyone who comes to Verona, do!

Perfect Hotel with Excellent Staff and Location

Booked a Deluxe Double Room for one night and arrived from Verona train station by public bus, which took around 15 minutes. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were professional, welcoming, and friendly. Special thanks to Roza for her excellent service and warm hospitality.
The room was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. Despite being located directly on one of the main routes through Verona’s Old City and just a 15-20-second walk from the Arena di Verona, it was remarkably quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked excellently, although it was slightly noisy.
The location is truly unbeatable for exploring Verona. The surrounding area is lively and touristy, with plenty of good restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps from the hotel. The hotel itself also has a very good restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of food, fresh juices, and even lactose-free options.
The hotel’s location makes it perfect for exploring virtually every important corner of Verona’s Old City on foot, as well as for attending an evening performance at the Arena di Verona without having to worry about getting back to the hotel late at night.
I would also highly recommend checking the official Arena di Verona website when planning your stay and, if possible, combining your visit with a concert or performance at the Arena. We were lucky enough to attend Viva Vivaldi: The Four Seasons Immersive Concert on the same evening, and it was a marvelous experience, combining live classical music with spectacular 3D projections.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this stylish design hotel. In my opinion, it deserves a rating higher than three stars, particularly considering its exceptional location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and professional and friendly service.

Hotel is in fantastic location although the room we booked was in a separate building which was around 100m away up a side street. We didn’t have breakfast so it felt more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The room was enormous and bed was comfortable but room design was poor - very small wardrobe, no full length mirror, barely any surfaces for keeping your stuff on (including in bathroom). Staff were great and room was old school charming in a lovely old town house. Just missing some convenient practicalities

Everything was excellent we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel and would hope to visit again some day, location was excellent, always clean and very friendly staff

Perfect hotel

I can't fault this hotel. I have experienced numerous European city breaks over the years, and this hotel is the best I have visited. From the greeting upon arrival to the quality accomodation and the phenomenal breakfast, I can't fault it. The receptionists are so helpful and burst with local knowledge. The housekeeping is first class too. It's central position (a minutes walk from the arena) is another plus point. Would absolutely recommend.
