Must Stay
Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and our concierge assisted with our luggage, provided clear directions, and shared excellent recommendations for local dining.
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the showers were fantastic with plenty of hot water.
If you’re visiting Verona, put this place at the top of your list!

Great Location Not worth the Money
We stayed in the Rosa Suite as we wanted a terrace with sun loungers.
On arrival the apartment is not clearly sign posted, there is a small plaque at the rear of the building.
Dennis greeted us and was very helpful throughout our stay.
The apartment has a great history with UNESCO Heritage and original fresco wall paintings.
There is a great view from terrace with two sun loungers over looking the Piazza Erbe Square.
However we were disappointed as the room and furnishing were very tired.
Examples
Chair was held together with packing tape,
Shower doors had come off their rails and weren't safe, reported and not fixed.
The bath room Vanity unit was water ingress damaged.
Wardrobe door was ready to fall off.
Plaster on coving fallen off in the bedroom.
The fridge was full of expensive drinks and not much room to accommodate
