Charming and well-equipped suite in a boutique hotel with perfect location.

Beautiful little Boutique hotel. We had a very nice view of a canal from our "french balcony". The hotel, located on the northern part of Dorsudoro, is also within short walking distance from most of the places you want to see. Still, we never experienced any noice.
The suite we stayed in had a large bedroom, where the three of us stayed. To that a nice kitchen/living room and a bathroom. All very fresh and clean.
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Overall, even if the price is "Venicve level", we were super happy here.

Excellent location, lovely staff. Beautiful property.

Property was tastefully and well decorated place. Staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Rooms were stylish and elegant. The breakfast provided was exceptional. Overall a first class place to stay and very well situated in Venice for exploring..

A wonderful treat in Venice!

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Suite 735! The staff was exceptionally kind, the room was and hotel are beautifully and stylishly decorated, and the location was perfect in Dorsoduro. One of the pleasant surprises about the stay was breakfast - not only was the food incredible (meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs, pancakes), but it was so delightful to meet other guests over breakfast as well.
Thank you to the Suite735 team for making my trip to Venice so memorable, and I hope to be back on my next trip to Venice.

Horrible

The ac does not work and the staff only make excuses rather than trying to fix the problem. Pick somewhere else!!!! Venice is too hot to get back to your room and it 27 degrees.

The best!

We had a wonderful experience in Suite 735. First of all the location is perfect. It's quiet, its peaceful but still close to the more touristic region of the city. second: The rooms are very clean and everything we needed was there. Third: the breakfast, served to you at your table. We could sit every morning on the small green terrace to enjoy our coffee and orange juice. But the breakfast gives you enough fuel for the whole day! Thank you so much for preparing everything with so much care. Fourth: The service they offer, if you send them an email they answer within a few hours. They arrange everything so carefully. We just had a stressless holiday in Venice. It was wonderful! we will come back here! thank you so much!
