A little gem in the middle of Venice

Our stay was simply wonderful. Right at check-in, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshment and surprisingly received an upgrade to a beautiful suite – including complimentary Prosecco. During the short wait, there was cappuccino and pastries, a perfect start.
The suite was stylish, pleasantly air-conditioned, and very quiet; we slept excellently. The small, fine breakfast is organized in a relaxed manner, with personal service and great warmth. A special highlight was the lovely birthday surprise with a small cake and candle.
A charming boutique hotel in a quiet location, about a 20-minute walk from the train station... absolutely recommended.

A special visit to Venice

Traditional hotel in the canareggio district, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, the staff are such nice and helpful people, I will give a special mention to Allesandro, Michela and Live

The most amazing hotel !!!!!
Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable.
We stayed in a junior Suite with a canal view which was exceptional. Breakfast is great and the coffee is fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes to St Marks square although walk back from the hotel a couple of hundred yards and there is plenty of bars and restaurants which are more chilled.
A great end to our Italy trip.

Staff is great! Very helpful. Good breakfast. The rooms are a bit uneven. Last year we got an excellent junior suite - this year the bathroom drains smelled and spread to the room. The rooms are clean though. Service is great!

Great with 1 exception

Great hotel in Venice with truly memorable service. Alessandro was exceptional, and both the night lady and breakfast lady were kind, welcoming, and a joy to interact with. Unfortunately, the daytime receptionist didn’t match the same level of hospitality and was rather unpleasant. Difficult to get any information out of or any help when we needed it, we had to wait till the lady got there in the evening to help us with what we needed . Even so, the positive staff made our stay enjoyable, and I’d happily return knowing how wonderful most of the team is.
