Beware of breakfast...

I will start from the end. Be careful of the breakfast that is served at the pastry bar Fabrizio Napoli, which is distant from the establishment. For those who love sweet breakfast, cappuccino and croissant are guaranteed, but for those who prefer savory, there is only a pastry paired with fruit juice. You have the option to consume only three foods per person; the rest, of course, must be paid for.
It should be noted that the quality is excellent, but there is not much choice.
Those who are used to breakfasts with yogurt, bread, cold cuts, cookies, fruit, and more will be disappointed.
It's a shame because the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean.
The staff is just okay... we waited a bit before getting our rooms.

The ideal place 2 steps from the sea!

An essential hotel

This hotel is a good compromise for those who want only a support and not too many pretensions the staff is friendly and helpful cleaning is regular and accurate the rooms mine in particular 201 is very spacious and nice with a nice balcony equipped with a table and chairs The hotel offers the possibility of breakfast with a bakery a few steps away The hotel is located in a strategic point practically 2 steps from the center along the sea and about 500 meters from the beach entrance provides a fee for the parking space a note from me to fix is that it does not have a freight elevator to climb at least the suitcases as there is a spiral staircase to go up to the rooms (a little uncomfortable) and parking that if you do not want to pay you have to find it in the street (a little difficult) the room has a nice powerful air conditioner and a fairly working fridge

A dream holiday

I stayed at the Smart Hotel Ugento in mid-June with my partner and I can only talk about it very well! The location is one of its strong points: less than 5 minutes walk you are at the beach. We left the room with the towel on our shoulders and in no time we were already with our feet in the sand. The center of Torre San Giovanni is also very close, with restaurants, bars and clubs within easy walking distance.
The room was very modern, spotless and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, coffee machine, mini fridge, smart TV and even a private terrace where we had breakfast in the sun. Every day the cleaning was done and we found everything in order, a detail that makes the difference.
The staff was always friendly and super helpful, they also helped us book a boat trip and gave us great advice on where to eat and what to see around.
