The best staff ever! They were so helpful when we lost an item in the taxi transport from the airport - huge thank you to both of them at reception. -true stars - great service way beyond what can be expected ! So kind and helpful!

Good location

Ideally located within walking distance of the city centre and the main train stations. Good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

A simple and high-quality facility.

We would like to thank Francesco and Camilla, who work in the restaurant, and the reception staff for their friendly and helpful approach during our stay. The hotel's location was good in terms of proximity to transportation lines. It is a simple, comfortable and clean facility. We were satisfied and would choose it again.

We liked it very much.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a pleasant design. The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Politecnico fi is within walking distance of the University of Turin. I'd like to stay when we come back.

Very comfortable and with excellent service.

The hotel is very pretty, nice reception (where you find cold water and candies available), and the receptionists are very friendly. The room is super comfortable, bright, with a good bed and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very complete in terms of amenities (hair dryer, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body lotion, shower cap, etc.). My daughter had a birthday during our stay and I had notified them before arriving. They were kind enough to give us an excellent room and a mini cake as a gesture. In the room you have a coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle, and complimentary water. The hotel is located two subway stations from Porta Nuova (exactly at the exit of the Vinzaglio station), very close to Porta Susa and about 700 m from the Flixbus stop (we chose it because we would later take a Flixbus to Nice). Although it is not in the historic center, it can be easily accessed by public transport or by walking. We stayed without breakfast; next to the hotel there is a coffee shop and an ice cream parlor. I liked the hotel a lot and I recommend it!
