Best Hotel in Calabria
I would like to thank you all the staff who work there. The breakfast was very good and Agnese (the breakfast waiter) was very nice and very efficient.
The location of the Hotel is amazing!

bad service and atmosphere for Valentine's Day.
I highlight disappointing value for money, slow and disorganized service, plus rude staff ; poor quality set menus, tables too close together, spoiled the romantic atmosphere, include long waits, very poor portions, the high price does not justify the menu announced as "special" Chaos in the room, disorganization, music too loud ruin has spoiled the intimate atmosphere of the occasion.
But what I noticed most was the lack of professionalism and good manners of the staff who waited tables : he tipped dishes without grace, we asked him for a bottle of wine when the course left it on the table not in the basket , I tell him : "Leave it here " he with a grinning smile "I can't get there"
I say, if this is what you see, what happens where we don't see?
Quality/Price ratio: Excessive cost and courtesy absent a terrible experience. I will definitely not be back
