EVERYTHING IS GOOD

Great solution for those visiting Casentino. In the town's central square, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Excellent sleep quality, the owner is extremely kind and caring. The breakfast, varied and abundant, with packaged products, can be enjoyed in the room.

The welcome that makes you feel at home

For a long time I wanted to visit the Casentino. I chose Stia as my base, booking in this b&b located in the central square of the village, where you can park your car. Warm hospitality, my partner and I were pampered for two days, from arrival until, reluctantly, we left. Federica and Leonardo, the owners, made us feel at home, without ever being intrusive and settling on our every request. Room clean, spacious and comfortable, comfortable bed, in a rustic and authentic, inside a historic building resulting from careful recovery. The breakfast offered is plentiful with quality packaged products for maximum hygiene and practicality as consumption can also take place at a later time of the day. For those who wish there is an excellent pastry bar a few steps from the b & b. Of great help when waking up the coffee machine 'and the kettle in the room, there is also a comfortable fridge. Ask Federica and Leonardo about possible itineraries to visit the Casentino and about restaurants that offer traditional local cuisine, they will advise you at best! We didn't want to leave, and now that we're home, we'd like to go back!

OTTIMA SCOPERTA

In occasione di un matrimonio di un amica, prenoto 2 notti(X 2 adulti + 1 tredicenne) in questo b&b scelto per la vicinanza con la chiesa della cerimonia.
Si trova nella piazza di Stia dove hanno girato parte del film il Ciclone ed è inserito in questa porzione di casa risalente al 1200 circa.Ci accoglie una ragazza simpatica,molto disponibile e un bel gattone nero la fa da padrone all'ingresso(della serie LA GUARDIA LA FACCIO IO!).
La ns stanza è al 1° piano e si accede tramite una scala interna..La stanza si compone di un ingresso con divano letto+tavolino per la colazione e una seconda stanza molto grande e ben finestrata dove c'è il letto matrimoniale.E presente l'antibagno con ripiani per salviette e un piccolo bagno finestrato ma dotato di piatto doccia.I materassi sono in lana, il pavimento in cotto originale dell'epoca e i serramenti in ferro.Il tempo si è fermato ma ben ci sta in un posto cosi.Le stanze sono pulite e ordinate.
Il cesto della colazione che ci viene servito ogni mattino e SUPER abbondante!
Lo consiglio a tutti come punto d'appoggio, per visitare i dintorni, per la tranquillità/intimità del posto e per la gentilezza e disponibilità della ragazza che ci ha ospitato.Grazie di tutto.

Il luogo perfetto per visitare il Casentino

Accogliente in un palazzo storico nel cuore si Stia . La proprietaria gentilissima . Camere spaziose e confortevoli . Ambienti spartani ed essenziali . Sicuramente consigliato per visitare il Casentino luogo di partenza ideale visitare Arezzo e Firenze

Ottima opportunità

Siamo stati una notte, il b end b e' in centro a Stia, la nostra camera ordinata in stile rurale.
Letto comodo, doccia calda e funzionale, mi ha colpito il silenzio assordante della notte, garantendoci un lungo riposo.
Federica la titolare attenta alle nostre esigenze, eravamo in moto ed abbiamo parcheggiato difronte alla porta di ingresso, molto comodo.
Colazione con prodotti confezionati (obbligo covid 19) ad ogni modo erano presenti pastine, yogurt, biscotti, latte e succhi di frutta.
Consigliamo la struttura per punto di partenza in viaggi itineranti.. nelle zone limitrofe.. Poppi, Camaldoli, ecc..ecc..
Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
