Welcoming and quality.
B&B…excellent, we were welcomed by Ale with grace and kindness. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, with a large bathroom and everything new. A pleasant surprise for breakfast, with a selection of both homemade sweets and savory typical products. A weekend where we felt at home. I highly recommend it.

QUALITY,STYLE,CLASS AND SOPHISTICATION
I have never seen a b&b with such comfort and quality.
Wonderful standard room, comparable very well to that of a 4-star hotel if not even better.
Bed of a superlative comfort, large TV,
Large bathroom with super spacious shower tastefully decorated without leaving out any details.
In the garden there is a hot tub accessible to all guests at the times indicated, deck chairs to relax and sunbathe, sofa corner to sip a drink comfortably appreciating the care of the garden and each flower of different colors that make it is significantly embellish the space.
I think the owners have a really amazing concept of hospitality.

The house and its garden are breathtaking, full of flowers, arbors, and cozy resting nooks covered with inviting cushions. These are scattered throughout the garden, discreetly separated so that guests from different rooms can enjoy the comfort of the garden in privacy. Next to the jacuzzi, there are sun loungers. Comfortable parking spaces. The room is a dream! Luxuriously furnished with extraordinary taste—it's a delight to step inside. A huge, super-comfortable bed with eye-pleasing pastel and white bedding, pillows, and various blankets. All furniture and accessories are harmoniously matched. Comfortable armchairs, plenty of storage for everything. The bathroom follows the latest trends—two people can fit in the shower. And then, all the little extras! Bathrobes, slippers, sun towels. In the bathroom, premium shower gel and shampoo. The hairdryer is professional—curly-haired guests will find the diffuser too. In the small minibar, water and prosecco await you—even the champagne glasses are chilled. Beside the bed: a chocolate (different each day); on the table: coffee, cream, cups, and pastries. But every little detail is refined—even the coffee box is elegant. There’s air conditioning—the room is cool upon arrival. The soundproofing is perfect! There's a road in front of the house, but with the door closed, you hear nothing. No neighbor noise either, and there’s a mosquito net if you want fresh air. The bath towels and regular towels are fluffy and soft—even the bath mat is more than just a towel. The room even has a home cinema with a TV as big as you can imagine. A lovely scent everywhere—it's a joy to slip into the robe and into bed. And the breakfast is fantastic! Not even a 5-star hotel offers so many delicacies, and again, everything is of premium quality. The coffee machine is professional, with at least 10 types of fresh homemade pastries, pancakes, jams, fruit platters, freshly squeezed orange juice, filtered and chilled water, hams, salamis, eggs, cheeses... “Perfect” doesn’t even begin to describe what you can expect here. Everything is about pampering you. Towels were changed every two days even if we didn’t throw them on the floor, and they even changed the bed linen! We are especially thankful to Alessandro for the activity recommendations and the map! There was only one problem: the time we spent here was too short!!!

In many ways better than 5-star hotels
In many ways better than 5-star hotels! Alessandro created an atmosphere with style, taste, warmth and utmost professionalism. Every detail is perfect in the room - we had room 1 - and around the house (nice garden and seating corners, a large jacuzzi). Clean, private, great comfort of bed and bathroom (fluffy high quality towels for example), daily replenished coffee capsules in the room, and a bonbon on the bedside tables. Huge tv, strong wifi, cleanliness at its peak. Breakfast is superb in quality and choice, we spent 4 nights here and every breakfast had something different, new vs the day before. Alessandro is the kind of guy you'd be glad to have around you as a friend or even just as a neighbour - polite, smiling, respectful and very helpful (a full day trip on pdf from him just as a courtesy). Highly recommended for all!

In Sestri a place not to be missed!
Magnificent and unexpected place! We stopped for a stop on the way and didn't even think we could find a wonderful place! All hyper cared for and Alessandro an exquisite “host”! Definitely we will be back and we already look forward to it!
