Good, but not great!

My family and I, and our dog (extra weekly payment as in most properties), stayed at this residence for a week in August. Let's say that basically we were fine. Upon our arrival, practically in the evening, at the reception they were immediately very cordial in adding us to dinner and also asking about the possibility of two gluten-free meals, even though we had not warned them in time (a note of merit for me and my daughter!) The catering included table service and unlimited drink refills (there are vending machines) included in the price. The entertainment staff were fantastic... always on the ball, and also very engaging with the children. I am sorry, however, to have to say that the property is in urgent need of renovation.. We chose the residence formula, so we had a two-room apartment: a double bedroom, a bunk bed in the small living room, and a kitchenette. The furniture, in an essential style that could also be fine, however had several damaged spots (including the partially rusted stove burners and the hood with buttons that pushed into the casing). A strong point, however, was the small balcony with a sea view, spacious enough to eat there comfortably. Air conditioning present but with an extra daily charge.
The bathroom was functional, if not for the fact that the shower enclosure tended to come apart, so you had to be careful to fit it well when closing.
The village in general has everything.. access to the beach a few meters away, beautiful sea and no pebbles, a well-maintained pool with also a small kiosk for coffee or an aperitif. It has outdoor showers or faucets to be able to wash the sand off. Wifi present.
Nothing to say about the activities present, very nice and engaging.
In short, the location has potential that should be better exploited.

excellent

excellent experience, already the second year
I don't understand the criticism; the description is clear, it's a 3-star hotel. People want to pay for 3 stars and have 5-star service and hotel.
A really nice, welcoming place, very friendly staff, 10/10 entertainment! Not absolute luxury, but it is definitely worth the price you pay. I have been going there for 2 years already and I will return next year too.

a wonderful family experience

the self catering room we had was basic and we had all we needed. the view is stunning , rooms clean and although not modern its a nice and friendly place, swimming pool is amazing and the staff are great to top it all there is the Animation team from Animazione osso , they are symply majical !

Struttura vecchia

Peccato per la struttura lasciata andare a se stessa,stanze vecchie come se il tempo si sia fermato al periodo della guerra,tutto mal curato,spiaggia sporca e lasciata a se stessa.......all estero avendo una struttura così vicina a un mare stupendo ne avrebbero fatto una miniera d oro......la piscina sporca con peli che galleggiavano sull acqua,sdraio fatiscenti..l unica nota positiva la signora della reception che è stata veramente gentile ...per il resto la posizione è ottima per girare le varie spiaggie bellissime che ci sono la vicino....ma dovrebbe essere ristrutturato sicuramente.
