Nice holiday in Varazze!
Even if it overlooks a very busy street it is quiet because separated by a pedestrian driveway with shaded plants and flowers, really close to the sea! A few difficulties to park on public land, but it fits, it was the Easter weekend and Saturday there was the market right in front of the structure and on the square. There were no noises anyway. Staff generally a bit chilly, but kind, but I can understand the stress of this period.
Very small and minimal rooms, but nice, quite new and with colorful prints on the walls.
We stayed in a triple on the ground floor, really small for three people.
Bathroom with window but really sacrificed, especially for the bidet... impossible to use because almost stuck under the sink. All very clean and comfortable beds with two pillows each to choose between soft and stiffer.
Very nice idea to find some candy on the bed when we arrive.
Croissants and nougats were made available during the stay, outside of breakfast.
Beautiful idea the common room with bathroom, furnished with sofas, armchairs, changing table for children, microwave, kettle and a well-stocked selection of teas and herbal teas, where you could leave your luggage until departure even once the room was vacated!
Breakfast in the adjacent bar of the same property, very well stocked with every good of God! Guests were provided in addition to hot drink, croissants, at least two cakes, juices, yogurt, cereal, but also an extra request was not charged.
Kitchen of the adjacent restaurant, always owned, excellent. We ate well, portions even too large. Choice between 3 or 4 first courses, 3 or 4 seconds (I don't remember well) and dessert, with the possibility to choose from the card with 10% discount, which was also applied to the meal we had outside the full board. Some problems with the service and some misunderstanding with the wait staff, especially with what I think was the person responsible (a little grumpy), even on the times when to show up for meals, but the place is also open to outsiders and was always full, so we can forgive...
All considered a great experience. If it wasn't for the bathroom and the little problems at the restaurant, I would have given it top marks. We'll be back!

January 2025, relaxing getaway with grandchildren
great location near the center and the sea, breakfast unfortunately in a nearby bar, however pastry and super focaccia, good classic buffet.
