Disastrous kitchen

Good location and cleanliness, but a shame about the kitchen, inedible dishes.
It was only pleasant to eat in the places outside the structure.
Wellness center at a cost even for hotel guests. Never happened!

I did not enjoy this vacation well; entering the dining room was uncomfortable. I think the waiters were embarrassed

it looks like a youth hostel

I confirm what was said previously, more than a hotel it looks like a fourth-rate motel, sloppy staff, an old and terrible hotel structure with old and small rooms and bathrooms, breakfast and dinner like a diner, everything sloppy despite the high prices, it is a structure that could have been fine 40 years ago, now it needs to be renovated Sappada is a beautiful location but you can find better and Hotels

Negative experience.

I stayed at Hotel Bladen from 06/26 to 06/30/26. It is in a great location and has a lot of potential. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Now let's get to the sore notes. Dinner has the same menu for several days, but that would be the least if the dishes were well cooked. Fortunately, in response to our complaints, they added some off-menu dishes. A piece of advice: invest in the kitchen, which is terrible. The waiters in the dining room were really kind. I was surprised, given the prices, that the wellness area was also charged for guests.

To be avoided

We returned to this hotel, we had already been there last year. We knew the rooms were what they were, but the location is convenient and they are hospitable with children and dogs (only positive mota).
Last time we had only had breakfast, while this time we decided to try half board. A dramatic experience, for four dinners in a row we were offered the same "menu of the day" with the same dishes, except for one evening that we were offered two off the menu. The food was edible but to call it good would be an understatement. The dirty room, fingers on the mirror, the blood-stained toilet paper, the completely broken shower that fortunately was repaired quite quickly. The playroom for the children left to fend for themselves, they even took away a really convenient service as the "baby sitter" who stood there watching the children. I think there's been a change of management from last year. Overall a truly terrifying experience, considering that the price is not exactly low. I give two stars because among the few positive notes there is the friendly and kind staff, unfortunately it is not enough. You cannot offer such a service in a *** hotel in Italy. We will definitely not return.
