Holiday of the sea and relaxation

First great location of the structure: a short walk from the center of the village and also from everything that is basic: supermarkets, tobacconists and pharmacy.
Kindness of the staff from the beginning of the booking, and also in structure to every request everyone has made themselves available, especially Mr. Simone, always ready to respond on Wapp. Also well the cleanliness of the rooms, furniture and bathroom... priceless tranquility (even if the hotel is facing the street)
Nice breakfast, basic but good. And even the beaches are all within easy reach

Simply perfect

We were guests of the Plane and had a great time. It is very close to the center and convenient for getting around the beaches. Beautiful room , we opted for the superior and it was really perfect , perhaps the only “flaw” if you can call it that , and ‘the small terrace , compared to other standard rooms is very small. The comfortable bed, made me rest well. Very good food , congratulations to Simone and Andrea who welcomed our requests without problems . There are 8 parking spaces inside the hotel, but if they should all be full it is easy to find a place right there in front. Close to all amenities , supermarkets , bakery , etc. Super recommended, if I return to San Teodoro I would know where to go

CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK

Beautiful hotel in a strategic location. . Rooms and bathroom spotless and spacious. . A huge terrace overlooking the pool with armchairs and drying rack (not obvious since in other places there were also wires for hanging) great breakfast served poolside with drinks provided directly from the coffee machine with 2 very nice and very good bartenders. Congratulations to them and Simone who patiently gave us various information about places to visit. In front of the bus stops to go to any beach. . really congratulations

The courtesy and welcome are absolutely not at home.

I stayed at this property for about two weeks.
The hotel is in a fairly convenient position for the center of San Teodoro, about 10/15 minutes on foot and for the La Cinta beach about 5 minutes by car.
The standard rooms are a little dated while the superior rooms are modern and quite large.
The breakfast is not very varied but good for a 3 star, as is the small but functional swimming pool.
The sore point of this hotel is the staff, rude, unorganized, and above all unwelcoming and professional throughout the stay.
At check no information was given about the hotel or the times for example breakfast, they stopped at issuing the keys.
Speaking of breakfast, practically every other morning you were asked if you wanted something hot, other times you weren't asked at all or even on two mornings I was asked and nothing was then brought to the table, so much so that after a Then I took it and went.
In general they almost always seemed annoyed and not very attentive to the customer's requests, as if they were doing me a favor.
To conclude, at check-out, upon returning the keys I was greeted with a hello without even being looked at in the face while the two girls at the counter talked and laughed among themselves.
The welcome and courtesy are absolutely not at home. Given the not cheap prices, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Lovely little hotel -shame it’s not more central

From check in to departure the staff at this hotel were a complete delight! Very good food at very reasonable prices . €6 for 2 large beers! The rooms were comfortable, clean and the bed one of the best I’ve slept in for weeks . Can be a little noisy during the day time , ambulance station next door ! The only downside is it’s not walking distance to anywhere really .
Overall pleasant stay great staff !
