Day at the spa and overnight stay for a relaxing return visiting the valley

The hotel residence is a three star, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast more than satisfactory.
The location allows you to visit all the castles of the upper valley, allows you to easily use the spa of Pres Saint Didier and for walkers there are many paths.
The sore note does not refer to the structure but to the link that the structure has with the Smartboxes.
What was planned by the smartbox was not possible to get : the structure does not have a restaurant. And I put this on the budget.
I had to pay a supplement (it was no surprise, I saw it in the presentation phase)
But why was the structure included in the list of the smartbox?
I know by now, those who give away a Smartbox want to spite you.

Grazie Turintour, siamo felici abbiate trascorso un piacevole soggiorno presso il "Chateau". Prenotando "per i fatti vostri" sarete sempre i benvenuti. Per quanto riguarda Smartbox, le vostre perplessità sono le nostre. Fino a qualche anno fa, poteva prenotare nella nostra struttura solo chi aveva un cofanetto che la comprendeva. Invece, per allargare l'offerta, da qualche tempo Smartbox permette anche a chi non ha un cofanetto direttamente compatibile di prenotare presso di noi. Naturalmente pagando un upgrade (a Smartbox) o rinunciando a un servizio previsto nel buono (per esempio un pasto al ristorante). La cosa genera confusione, non solo nel cliente, ma anche per noi non è facile. L'Hotel, infatti, si limita a aprire o chiudere le disponibilità. Per il resto, la gestione è interamente di Smartbox. Quando il Cliente prenota, non sappiamo nemmeno come si chiama il cofanetto in suo possesso. Diciamo che la semplicità è un'altra cosa. Un abbraccio!

Short break in Val d'Aosta

After many years I rediscovered the Aosta Valley. 5 days. 4 nights at the Hotel Chateau in St. Pierre. L 'great hotel, large room with balcony well clean, classic Italian breakfast (croissants and cappuccino) and an abundance of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, cakes, fresh fruit of various kinds and much more. (as usual I have breakfast and lunch). Too bad there is no restaurant inside but there is a restaurant-pizzeria at 100 meters. in addition to those that recommend in the hotel where you can have a discount on lunch or dinner. A small parking lot right in front of the hotel (I am a parking fanatic) for two days I had no problems always found a place then (Saturday night) sigh! I had to park on the street 100 meters away, so there are no big problems. Overall my grade is GOOD I did not give Excellent because I am a stickler and never find perfection. I will return with pleasure. It has nothing to do with the hotel but enhances it being the village of St.Pierre in a strategic logistical position being a few kilometers from Aosta (nice worth spending a day there), for those who like to do Km. by car convenient for a trip to France through the tunnel of the White, I made the ring St.Pierre - Chamonix (I liked it a lot) - Martigny and return from the Great St. Bernard. Castles to visit nearby (two are a few meters from the hotel) and convenient to reach places for more or less demanding excursions. Finally, the Aosta Valley offers much more for all tastes.

Gentili Signori, grazie infinite. Leggere la vostra recensione invoglia, davvero, a visitare la regione e soggiornare al "Chateau". Un abbraccio da tutti noi, sperando di rivederci per farvi scoprire il "tanto altro" che offre la Valle d'Aosta! Grazie!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, making it easy to explore everything around. And the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed an egg. I dont eat pork or beef. Everyone there was friendly and helpul. The bar was nice and I enjoyed having a cocktail. Prices are very reasonable in the bar. Deanna is very helpful.
The only downside is that i found the mattress to be hard for my preference.
