Like at home
It is already the third year that I attend this family-run hotel and I always have a great time every time I go there, whether for a weekend with friends or for a camp with volleyball girls or for an escape from the city with my partner! Great food and especially pet friendly, my dog feels at home and we with her!
The location is ideal, it is located very close to the center, the center of Lardaro and the promenades, not far away there is the adventure park, a beautiful lake with the possibility to safely go around it and be able to eat at the bar or enjoy the swimming pool equipped with games and the beach volleyball court!
The hotel is on 4 floors with elevator and rooms of various sizes, for every need Damiano and Gloria are very kind and extremely available! They also do bar service already from morning to 6!
The rooms all have a bathroom and some even have a balcony with breathtaking views towards the mountain!
The terrace is equipped both in front and at the side with comfortable seats, gazebo, tables and swing! There is also a room with a fireplace where you can spend afternoons or evenings between boxed games, cards, readings and fun with friends!
Highly recommended to spend your holidays surrounded by greenery and in total relaxation!

Excellent cuisine, but little transparency
During a trip to the mountains, we stopped at this restaurant/hotel. Upon arrival we were not given a paper menu: a waitress, after a while 'waiting, simply listed orally the dishes available. We chose rigatoni with wild boar sauce and strozzapreti, as main courses a cut for both, and to drink a bottle of still water.
We knew that local workers had a fixed price and we imagined that we too would pay more or less the same, as often happens in our area, where even those who do not work pay the fixed menu. Instead, the final bill was quite high.
When paying, we pointed out the surprise to the manager, who replied that we should ask for the cost of the dishes (but not having a price list, it had not come naturally to us to do so).
In addition, after three days we realized that a beer had also been charged that had never been ordered or consumed. This puzzled us, especially since my husband had to drive and I, for health reasons, can't drink alcohol at all.
Positives: really good dishes, well cooked and plentiful, which satisfied us from a culinary point of view.
Negatives: no paper menu and displayed prices, non-transparent bill, wrongly charged for a drink not consumed, and difference in Processing compared to those who use the set menu.
Too bad, because with more transparency it would have been a great experience.

I came this year with my family, but I will DEFINITELY come next year too!

Amazing
Just returned from a super New Year's Eve... Amazing in everything... Truly compliments to the fantastic managers.. they make you feel at home.. and it was beautiful, fabulous food... Really happy to have been in this hotel, thank you very much

We had lunch to celebrstean anniversary. 4 courses were presented, each person ordered their primi piatte or main course. An appetizer came first which was a fried ( similar to tater tots) only on a stick. The round ball was cheese and potato also deep fried, There was a fish item in the dish, some dried beef and procuitto ( ham) with melon balls. The second dish was a very nice trout, tagliatelli with gravy and cherbi ( deer) or strangolapreti ( srangle the priest) which is a potato gnochi with spinach.
The accompanying dishes were potato rustico, pan fried wedges in light seasoning which I particularly liked, a simple dish but often with too many spices or under cooked or deep fried. Or gnocchis in a mushroom sauce. Dessert for me was a chicolate volcano, while not an in-house item, the cake with the warm chocolate pudding inside was terrific in my view.
The final was lemoncello, for those who wanted it.
