Good place for city surfers
Brilliant location and apartment type of hotel that has shared kitchen. Supermarket is just around the corner. Room was quite spacious but planned/designed not good enough.
Breakfast was served in the land far far away :) Near the St. Angelo Bridge in a Bar Nero Caffé. Typical italian breakfast. All ok.

Disappointing
Top on pictures less in reality. The photos are long old and the rooms don't look like that anymore. Traces on the walls, no glasses in the room, a single chair and a table as simple furniture. No microwave in the small kitchen area, not niquel kitchen equipment. When we recovered the room there was hair on the floor as well as in the shower. Anyway, big disappointment. Fortunately Irene was at the top and very helpful when we asked to change rooms. Thanks to her.

Good location but that is it!
What a shocker. Rude Host. You must check in before 8pm. God help you if you got lost in Rome getting to the apartment and arrive late. A 1 hour wait outside while the host came back was not acceptable at night (single woman alone). Apartment was in poor condition, bathroom was scary, mouldy and very unpleasant smelling. Beds were uncomfortable. We felt like we were locked in a cell, so spent as little time as possible in the apartment. It was extremely small. There was a kitchen, but not stocked well enough. No wine glasses, odd glass tumblers were all we had to drink out of or one of the 3 mismatched coffee cups. No tea, coffee or sugar in the kitchen. The sofa was just a single mattress with a blanket thrown over it. No clean towels provided for a 6 night stay. Very disappointed. The only thing that was good was the location.

At first We give you our truly apologies if you didn't like your stay with us.
I need to underline some points to specify to you and for future Guests:
What is important to us is the wellness of our Guest: we know that a trip in Rome can be a beautiful memory in life. I'm sure that anyone was been rude. In any case it can't be acceptable. We will inform all the cast.
We are a Guest-house and not a Hotel.
Our main reception is in Via dei Coronari 14a.We have it written everywhere. We communicate to our clients at the confirmation of the booking and a few day before of the arrival with codes and instructions. It's not true that 'you must check in before 8pm'.
Reception timetable: 8:00am to 7pm in the week-end 8:00am to 3:00pm.
The check-in practice is a duty. You can come the day of your arrival or the day before. In any accommodation you have to do the check-in. It's the law Mrs.
We totaly care about the cleaning of the room.
For what concern clean towels: the towel are change every 3 days. if anyone provided clean towel i am so sorry about! It can't happen, but if you Mrs had noticed that, you could informed the reception who would have provided immediately.
In the room there is a kittle with tea, soluble coffe.
For what concern the kitchen: for using the kitchen you have to pay an extra, but we avoide to close it.
Plait, fork, knife ecc ecc are not there for a reason of safety.
If you needed something you could ask it to the reception with no problem !

Good little hotel in a good location
Nice ,clean hotel near the Tiber close to the Ponte Umberto. It is on a very quiet street. The room was clean and spacious. There were a number of good restaurants close by. It is a small hotel with only about 6 rooms. Reception for check in is actually in another location which is a little awkward. The staff though was very accommodating. We got in at 7 AM but we were able to leave our bags at ht e hotel until the room was ready. a typical Italian breakfast is also provided at at a nearby cafe. i would saty ther again.

Clean and satisfying
Located in the center, this place is close to everything you need - tourists attractions, ATM, buses, restaurants etc. The room was super clean, and the people who run the place were extremely nice and helpful in getting us started our tour in Rome. So if you're not up to a fancy place, and all you want is a good place to be between touring the city - this place is for you.
