Wonderful location! Walking distance to everything for a day trip.
Room was clean and comfortable. No problems at all! Very convenient and comfortable.

NO HOT WATER

This place was very hard to find but once we located it, we realized it was in a great location for sightseeing in the city! The downside was we had NO hot water.. not even luke warm! So no showers for us! We had to wash face with cold water no matter how long we let it run- no hot water and the water pressure was non existent. Also the bathroom door was warped from previous water damage that was never fixed so no bathroom privacy! The door just stays ajar. It is a very basic place to stay- don’t expect much.

The hosts were very responsive and the location is convenient. Room is old with no renovations done.

When the pipes under the sink flooded the bathroom floor and the room stank of sewage, we were unable to get any assistance. They still have no responded to phone calls or emails, texts, WhatsApp. Lighting too dim; “light” over sink a faintly glowing square. Shower the size of a sailboat shower and water not hot- warm, not hot. Unclear why cups and a hot water kettle- no tea or coffee in the room. Two tiny packets of shampoo/shower gel. Bed clean, duvet soft, great location for Vatican. The video they sent showing how to get into property useful. Did see cleaning staff and they replaced the towels we used on the floor. Felt like property managed by people squeezing every cent from it and the owners. Do not recommend.
