I stayed in a private room with a shared bath. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. Recycling receptacles were available. The owners were friendly and helpful. Location near the central train station made arrival and departure a breeze. Fabulous gelateria was a nightly 3 block walk. I could not get my Saily internet working so navigating the city was a bit dicey but that had nothing to do with the hostel. It was quiet at night too.

Rude service

I cancelled my stay after the deadline had passed, due to a cancellation of my flight. I asked if it were possible not to charge my first night (even though it is not the policy). Of course this was a long shot, and it was completely reasonable that they said no. However, they were very rude in the response they gave. I added it below:
GOOD DAY,
I AM SORRY BUT ACCORDING TO THE POLICY WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE FIRST NIGHT!I THINK IS FAIR I TAKE ONLY 1 NIGHT NOT BOUTH !!!
HERE WHO PAYS FOR RESERVATIO?
YOUR COMPANY FILHTS !!!!
ASK TO COMPANY FLIHT TO GIVE YOU REFUND THEY CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT !!!
ALL THE BEST ,

Again, it is reasonable and valid to decline my request, but it is also reasonable to expect them to stay polite while declining.

Not honest.

When I wrote an email to ask if I could stay longer, they replied ok, no problem, without telling me that the price had risen sharply in the meantime. Quite dishonest! Even before the increase, the price was already too high. I had to take this accommodation, unfortunately, because the majority of hostels put age restrictions.

The Worst attention that i ever seen

I’ll never be back in this hostel . The location is Excellent , the rooms are like in every hostel , good. But the attention, in especial from the blonde guy who is in the lobby was the worst that i ever seen . He shout me cause i want to check out and he was sleeping (9am) . He dont let me to use the bathroom on the lobby cause of this saying to me that he need to clean up. I think that his parents dont educate him very well . If i be the owner of this hostel I’ll take him out inmediatly! .
