Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, nice clean room. Can be pretty noisy in the mornings if you have the window open like we did…but nothing to really worry about too much.

This hotel is false advertising.
When we arrived there was no signage to show where the place was. It does not even come up in any maps. The door is automatic and unless someone is going in or coming out you cannot get in without a key. Once you get in the building again no signage, this door is also locked and if no one is there you cannot get it. We attempted to call the number that is provided but he continually hung up on us. We were only able to get in because the cleaning staff was there. Our room was not ready, we had to wait 45 minutes.
The room was clean enough. There were stains on the pillow cases, gunk on the curtains and mold on the bathroom walls. There is absolutely no sound proofing. Be ready to hear everything your neighbour is saying and doing down to zipping their suitcase closed.
At around 1 am we’re woken by screaming and slamming of doors to the point that we booked a new hotel.
Also no free breakfast, that’s a lie. Do not waste money staying here

sloppiness and neglect in total absence of staff
There is no reception: arrived at 9 pm (advance notice) we were able to enter only because other guests opened. in the morning I tried to contact numbers provided, getting a text message response after more than two hours. breakfast, contrary to what was indicated, was not served. the bathroom of the room had mold and limestone, shower and broken toilet. in the bathroom you can not even put on makeup because the mirror light does not work. there is not even a socket, because the only one is placed on the support of the hairdryer provided (broken) and does not hold the plug. know that you will be completely left to yourselves, without any kind of support.

Quiet location, excellent and easy to reach many places in central Rome. Nice with air-condition. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, even if we mostly took a 30 minutes walk to Trastevere for dinner.

I was contacted by the property manager multiple times asking for my arrival time so they could have staff available for check in, but there was no staff present and the doors were locked. We booked a suite with the understanding from their listing that there would be a mini fridge stocked with free beverages, but the fridge was empty and didn’t even work. When I contacted the provided phone number they said Italian law prohibited them from selling any beverages. Why promote the free mini bar with suites if you legally cannot provide the beverages? There were clear markings on the doors to be out of your room by 11 AM for cleaning every day, which is totally reasonable, but we had a teenager in jeans and a tank top knocking on our door at 9:30 AM asking if we’d want it cleaned. Lastly we didn’t even have a shower in our room. We had a hot tub. Not a large bathtub but an actual hot tub. This took about 30-45 minutes to fill and it was never clear which direction the knob needed to be turned for hot water as the consistency of the water temperature changed every day. We will never recommend this “hotel”
