Extremely safe because you will get 4 keys to enter and out. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. Each day the staff cared about our state and had done almost all our requests. Recommend definitely.

Waste of money, spend more for the hotel

For reference I went for two nights with just my partner and I. The owner was unfriendly and ignored questions in English/Spanish when checking in just to speak to us in our room in English.
The room was very small for even just two people and our back packs. If we brought our suitcases there was not a space for them. The rooms are all connected by a hallway; you are sharing a space between three rooms with their own bathroom. Which means we got to see multiple people waiting outside on the street like how we did when we arrived or inside the building asking for the owners. Since everything is so connected I woke up due to noisy neighbors multiple times and the walls are paper thin. Also the A/C unit doesn’t work because of how old it is. Heated towel rack does not work either. Most amenities don’t work and I would’ve asked but the owner was rude the first night which made me scared to even ask.
The shower is SMALL! I am 150 cm tall and my partner is 177 cm; we were hitting our elbows and knees in the shower! The keys were not working properly on some doors, while some of the doors/gate on this property are also open all day which is unsafe. This location is perfect if you don’t really mind sharing and don’t want anything close to being nice. This is purely convenient since it was super close to the train, colosseum, and multiple restaurants.

Very good location, walking distance to the Colosseum, close to termini train station, walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe, the hygiene is very good, the kitchen can make your own coffee, it is also very quiet, luggage storage is free, in short, very recommended.

Perfect for resting and exploring the city of Rome

A small but very cozy room, what we were looking for to sleep in, the location is perfect because you can walk everywhere and there is a metro nearby that takes you to the Vatican, we liked it a lot, they brought us sweet bread every morning and They welcomed us with soda, water and a beer in the minibar, we had coffee for whatever time we wanted.
