Not good value for money.
Location & surroundings:
The B&B is very centrally located near Termini Central Station, which is of course convenient for city travelers. However, the house is housed in a larger complex of buildings with several B&Bs and small hotels – it is accordingly difficult to find. Overall, however, it seemed freshly painted and renovated.
Rooms:
The rooms were clean but rather basic – at 2- to maximum 3-star level. The water pressure in the shower was very low, which made showering rather tedious. The equipment is functional, but nothing special.
Service:
Check-in is regulated purely electronically – which is theoretically modern, but in practice was somewhat cumbersome. Personal contact hardly takes place. Those who are not tech-savvy guests could quickly reach their limits here. We were lucky though and there was a friendly lady present.
Gastronomy:
The breakfast was very rudimentary – a few prepackaged things you eat in the room yourself. No breakfast room, no buffet. Really disappointing by Italian standards.
Value for money:
Rome is expensive overall, but here the value for money has simply not been right anymore. The price is too high for the comfort offered.
Conclusion:
If you are looking for a simple accommodation with a good location and have no problem with purely digital check-in, you will find it here. However, those who value atmosphere, service and a good breakfast are more likely to be disappointed. We would not book here again.

Very good
A stone's throw from the train station, but in a quiet area.
You can reach the center by means, but also on foot.
Very nice, cozy and clean.
Varied breakfast served by a very kind lady that is consumed comfortably in the room.

good room
The room was very good and clean, although the building was a little far away and with little light at night. The breakfast was very basic and unhealthy, coffee and a couple of processed foods (cookies and pastries).
