Bad experience
Nobody came there, good thing it was just to sleep.... The curtains half off the hook and not very clean.
Only good location.
I wouldn't come back.

More like a hostel than a hotel
The windows are not installed correctly which mean that you can hear the street noises when the window is closed just as loud as if the window was open. So if you're a light sleeper.. good luck.
The quality of the rooms was not great. But it's good enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep.
The staff was nice and frequently asked if everything was ok. The place is run by indians that were polite.
The area is also fine. It's close to the central train station. There are restaurants in the area and bars. On our last night we went behind the building on the side closest to the station. At night there is unfortunately homeless people and drug addicts hanging out. But only on that side of the building.
All in all, it was fine for a place to sleep. But I still doesn't find it cheap compared to the quality you're getting. I will properly not come back.
I will say the staff tried their best with the means they had. We have take into account that this is a one ⭐ hotel

Do not waste your money!
The room was dirty, although the bed sheets were clean. The bathroom was filthy, stank of urine and there was mould on the ceiling. The towel rail was held up with a bit of tape which fell down everyday and when they came in to make the beds, they taped it back up just for it to fall down again. Worst bit was the towels then fell in the bidet!!
The shower was so small you couldn’t move in it, there was no where to put your shower gel or shampoo which meant putting them on the floor of the shower but there wasn’t enough room to even bend down to pick them up. The tap lever would then dig into your back which resulted in your back turning the shower up/down or off. My 12 year old daughter couldn’t even fit! Also it was disgustingly grimy and need of a proper clean.
The noise in the night was so loud, people shouting, coughing and spluttering, and that was just the reception staff. The noise from outside was bearable but be prepared for a few sleepless nights. The hotel has not seen fit to invest in decent double glazing so you can hear everything.
The location was good, only a few minutes from the train station which meant it was easy to get about. The restaurants either side of the hotel entrance were really good value but other than that the hotel itself was awful.
I forgot to mention there are four flights of stairs to climb before you even get to the hotel door, as they share the building with a few other hotels. They do have a lift but it’s only allowed two people or one person and a suitcase in at one time. It’s probably about 100 years old so a little scary.
Breakfast was a few danishes in a plastic display container. No cereal or toast. And coffee. No tea so if you’re British take your own. No real cups, just tiny plastic flimsy ones.
There was nowhere to store a family of fours’ clothes, the safe doesn’t open, the lighting in the room was ineffective and pointless. We had to ask for toilet rolls and extra pillows. Even then we were only given one of each. They don’t do spare/extra pillows!
The decor in the room was so dated, grim and clearly no money spent on it in years. I would never stay here and would advise you find somewhere else no matter how cheap you think it is. Please check out my photographs before booking.
