Regarding the air conditioning, during the days of your stay the temperatures in Rome were quite variable, with mornings and evenings around 14–15°C, which is why the system was still set on heating mode. However, as soon as the temperatures increased, we switched the system to air conditioning the following day. Interestingly, while some guests preferred cooler rooms, others actually requested extra blankets during the same period, as comfort can naturally vary from person to person.
We are also sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the washcloths. We would appreciate if you could clarify whether you were referring to facial tissues or bathroom washcloths, as our team is always available to provide any additional amenities upon request.
Our Hotel Adriano Rooftop is located in the very heart of Rome’s historic center, between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Via Condotti shopping street, and the Vatican.

ตําแหน่งที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เราเคยไปโรมมาหลายปีแล้วและลองใช้บริการโรงแรมต่างๆ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ก็ดีมาก นี่เป็นสิ่งใหม่สําหรับเราและเราพบว่าที่นี่อยู่ในทําเลที่ดีที่สุด พนักงานที่เป็นมิตร ระเบียงดาดฟ้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม เลานจ์และห้องรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม แต่รู้สึกผิดหวังมากกับห้องสวีทที่เราเลือก มันมืดและมืดมิด ไม่สามารถใช้เครื่องปรับอากาศได้ Neslry ได้สร้างความโดดเด่นให้กับประสบการณ์โดยรวม แต่เราจะกลับมาอีกครั้งและทําการจองและห้องสวีทสุดหรูพร้อมระเบียง/ระเบียง ซึ่งเราควรทําในครั้งนี้

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience at Hotel Adriano Rooftop. It is truly a pleasure to read that, after many visits to Rome and stays in different hotels, you considered our property to be the best located.
Our position in the heart of Rome’s historic center is indeed one of the aspects most appreciated by our guests, allowing easy walking access to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Via Condotti, the Vatican, and many wonderful restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias.
We are delighted that you enjoyed the friendliness of our staff, our rooftop terrace, and the atmosphere of our lounge and breakfast areas. We are also happy to know that our breakfast contributed positively to your stay. Every morning we pay particular attention to the variety and quality of the products offered, with the goal of satisfying the tastes and habits of guests arriving from all over the world and helping everyone start the day in the best possible way.
At the same time, we are sincerely sorry to learn that the suite you selected did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to mention that Hotel Adriano Rooftop offers three different suites: two are located on the first floor and, due to their position within a historic Roman building, they are naturally less bright. Our third option is the Executive Suite with balcony, located on the sixth floor, featuring abundant natural light and a beautiful view overlooking the Pantheon and Trinità dei Monti, making it a very special choice for guests looking for a brighter and more panoramic experience.
We also regret the inconvenience regarding the air conditioning. Please know that our reception team is always available to assist immediately with any technical issue or to help guests find the most comfortable solution during their stay.
We are however very pleased to read that, despite this inconvenience, you would choose to stay with us again, and we are confident that the Executive Suite with balcony would make your next Roman holiday even more enjoyable and memorable.
We also hope that during your stay you had the opportunity to enjoy our rooftop and The Gin Corner, the first gin bar in Italy, where our bartenders recommend signature cocktails paired with food creations from our chef in a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.
