Our mini break to Rome

This was a perfect choice to stay for our 4 day mini break. A stones throw from the rail terminal, metro and big bus tour stops and within easy walking distance of many restaurants bars and shops
The apartment was absolutely perfect. Very spacious with two bathrooms! Lovely sitting area. Two TV’s fridge and coffee/tea making facilities and best of all, a lift to our 5th floor apartment!
The staff on reception were always polite and helpful and the apartment was cleaned and tidied on a daily basis
We couldn’t fault it!!

When I went to check out, the receptionist couldn't recognize my wife as she was leaving the hotel; it was embarrassing.

The staff at the time of our check-in was helpful making the checking in process easy and painless. He was kind, gave us advice on what to look out for and offered suggestions on where we should go.
We had strong wifi throughout our stay. Breakfast was quite lacklustre/underwhelming, there wasn’t much option wise. The shower door was difficult to open, had to use a lot of strength to open the door as the handle was quite small.

Clean hotel in a good location close to main train station and Metro
Staff were helful although one key card was loaded up with wrong departure time but this was soon sorted.
Air conditioning was difficult to judge as visited during a heatwave and it it was difficult to do its job affectivly.
Room clean decent size good to have a kettle.
Breakfast a little basic but still good choices.
Overall a good hotel but could do better in terms of facilites and make more use of the top breakfast room which could have a perminant use of coffee machine or a bar

Staff was friendly, the hotel doesn't have too many amenities but lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was decent. Convenient location to the Colosseum, and the train station, but LOTS of street noise.
