The hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very walkable to all sites, restaurants, shops. Would highly recommend this property.

central in rome, beautiful interiors hotel

great central hotel in rome with beautiful interiors and amenities. my partner and i predominantly walked everywhere (colosseum and vatican city), only required an uber from the train station with our luggage but was only a 15 min drive in traffic and they arrive in front of the hotel.
the hotel itself has multiple free activities you can utilise which is fun if you’re in a group - we did the cooking class and made a lil trip out of it to the sister hotel.
the staff are amazing and attendant - really loved the whatsapp chat which made communication easy. overall i would give this hotel 99.99/10 (yes 10), one tiny little point lost for not enough toilet paper in the room, haha!

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, lovely breakfast, extremely helpful staff and a BONUS all the free little activities they have scheduled

Great staff, okay room

Long story short: cute hotel, great location, not very loud, incredible staff, but poor room quality for what I paid.
AC wasn't working properly which is very important to me. I told the staff and they were very kind and attentive, but was told everything was working properly. I believe them of course, but the AC just doesn't cool very much which is disappointing. More importantly the finishings of the room were just not high quality. The handle to the shower broke multiple times, and the shower seemed to leak somehow and water would pool everywhere.
The location is great and while facing a relatively busy street, I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. And the staff was incredible. Very kind and attentive.
But for $700 a night, it's an experience leaving me wanting my money back.

What a germ with the world best staff!

We stayed 5 days in Rome on this trip and booked this hotel after reviewing it online and due to the fact that there are no kids allowed. Pre arrival the front desk ensured we have a smooth check in for an early arrival-what unfolded was a wonderful experience and the atmosphere of the place, the kindness and professionalism is outstanding.
We have found an oasis in Rome and we so enjoyed the smiling faces at breakfast, the wonderful individual rooms and the location - overall this place gets a clear 100/10and the staff another 100/10- thanks
