It's simple. Very simple

Small bathroom and no bidet. Uncomfortable beds. The room was clean and the guy friendly. Small water leak in the bathroom fixed immediately. Some maintenance should be done, especially in the bathroom.

Cleaning was very bad.
The fridage was filled with Mold and other earthly things smelling TERRIBLE, it left the spent in the entire room. On day 2 we figurer out what it was, and put the fridage in the hallway. I was so close to vomiting when putting my head in the fridge.
Even better - there was a 3cm gap gram the frontdoor to the Wall, meaning you could stand on the hallway of the hotel and look straight into the room, to be præcise the bed arena of the room, so there goes privacy.
Never seen anything like it, and I’ve been around…. Look inside the room?! Come on man….. there gotta be limits.
Furtheremore the streget of the hotel is filled with drug addicts, pushers, general criminals. Smells bad of urine everywhere, unsafe arean indeed; close to the station though👌.
Do yourself a favor don’t book this hotel.

Very basic and poor quality room.

So disappointing and just yuck. It really took the pleasure out of our trip to Rome. Room was grubby and gross, the bed felt like it was about to collapse on us during the night, the room wasn't made up as per our instructions, and when they advised that it would be fixed the next night, it wasn't. When the manager met us at reception and didn't have change for the city tax, he said that we'd get our change in our room, and it never happened. Furniture broken and grotty, and the room felt like it was furnished with garbage left on the side of the road. Air conditioning didn't work, bed broken in the middle, shower was not clean, the shower curtain broken, very basic toiletries, sheets and towels were basic and thin and for how much we paid, it was very substandard.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been at. The owners were aggressive and rude, they didn’t change any of the towels or bed sheets for our entire stay (4 days). They didn’t provide us with any shampoo or body wash. They charged us double the city tax fees that we were told we were going to pay on arrival without an offical receipt.
