Great staff!

5 girls in a 6-bed apartment. 25 sqm terasse with a great view over the beach and sea! Cheap price, nice and clean, maybe a little bit hard beds but that was the only "bad" thing. 30 m to the beach (3 euro per beachbed). Close to "Coop-food store". We could bbq on the terasse wich was great! The staff, Denis and the other guy was so nice to us, our flight home was in the eavning an we had to check out at 10 in the morning but since the room was´nt booked we could have the room the whole day for free, thats good service!! Thanks!

You do not judge a book by its cover! functional studios! the managers of the residence are helpful and kind even the staff! has a swimming pool with whirlpool is located in front of the sea! Cosa vuoi di più! I enjoyed it there! Hope to return soon! Viserba di Rimini is a quiet area with pedestrian area and bike path! It is a ZTL zone but the property asks you for license plates. Tip come from home with oil, coarse salt, fine, sugar and dish soap with sponge!

We chose this destination to participate in Rimini Wellness. The price was good, €320 for two nights, four people. The host, Mauro, was very kind and helpful straight away. We arrived at 11pm, the gentleman was there waiting for us and he left us the electronic keys. Payment of the municipal tax on arrival, 2.50 euros per person per night. Hotel parking costs 18 euros per night, a bit expensive. The gentleman could have spared himself from saying that there is nothing free nearby, in reality we tried and found it easily both nights. The room is clean and from the terrace there was a nice view of the beach. It's a shame that those basic products were missing that tourists usually don't bring, taking it for granted that they are made available by the facility (oil, sponge for washing dishes, detergent, table salt, coffee, napkins), the counters are all empty (excluding of plates and cutlery obviously). Even towels, one each. I understand it's a come and go place but these little things can make the difference.

Great for big group

5 of us stayed here for the recent England match in San Marino. Apartment slept 6 and was more than adequate for our needs. Cleanliness was good.
In the summer I bet its lovely.
Only thing I would say is its a fair walk to Rimini centre itself. I walk at a decent pace and would say it took about 45 minutes. Taxis back at night were costing minimum of €20.

Not recommended

The accommodation is very basic and perhaps suited to younger people on vacation with a group of friends. There was no one there at reception when we arrived to check in. Lots of work was being done to the place and it felt like a ghost town with no atmosphere. Very loud in the morning with workers building a pool right outside our room. Was disappointed that the place advertised laundry facilities yet charged for the washing machine &
did not provide washing powder. Also did not provide an iron to go with the ironing board provided or a plug for the sink or basic amenities to wash dishes, wipe benches etc. We ended up cancelling two of our three nights.
