Courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, and a willingness to listen to customers.

We left Turin to take a break for a few days, and in this establishment, you find a friendly reception, attentive to breakfast for all guests, a slightly small room with the dog but with a little balcony where you don't hear noise in the evening, an elevator; I recommend it for both couples and families, even with children. Excellent cleanliness in the room, discounts at various restaurants and pizzerias through Zenith. Romagna is always a step ahead for everyone. Thank you

I would not return continuously.

I forgot to have the fans in the room fixed; they make an awful noise.
It's a pity about the shutters; too much light comes in the morning despite the blackout curtains.
The lunch and dinner times start too late; especially for children or for anyone who wants to fully enjoy the day, I think it should open at 6:30 PM, at the latest 7 PM.
The pool has been left to go a bit.

A disappointment except for the staff.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of May, paying about 300 euros for a single night for two adults and two children. Honestly, given such an amount, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The only truly positive note is the staff, who were always kind and helpful. Unfortunately, however, the courtesy of the staff is not enough to compensate for the serious shortcomings of the facility.
The room was in terrible condition: dark and visibly dirty bedspreads, an old, rusty, and uninviting children's bunk bed, a damaged wardrobe, a baseboard detached under the bed, and a chair with a cushion so stained and discolored that it was disgusting. The entire room conveyed a sense of neglect and decay.
The bathroom was also in unacceptable condition: a ruined shower stall, worn and dirty seals, a completely deteriorated and fogged mirror, making it difficult to even see oneself.
Breakfast was the icing on the cake. In addition to being rather mediocre, the hot beverages dispensed by the machine were practically undrinkable. The worst moment was finding a piece of eggshell inside the carrot cake. At that point, we left everything on the table, went back to the room to get our luggage, and left.
I understand that that weekend Rimini was particularly crowded due to several events and that this may have affected the prices. However, nothing can justify a cost of 300 euros for a room in those conditions.
One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Simply embarrassing value for money.

Beautiful, relaxing vacation.

Immaculate room with a nice bathroom, breakfast with a good selection between sweet and savory, delicious croissants of excellent quality, and the cakes as well as the cold cuts and cheeses are very good. Extreme kindness of the staff at the reception as well as at breakfast.

Basic hotel with superb staff

A small, basic hotel with breakfast as you would expect from a hotel in Italy.
The rooms were quite small, the same with the bathroom. Although it had more to desire, the overall impression outweighed it.
Parking was available, cost when we were there 12 euros / day. If you stood along the road, it was free but also difficult to find parking.
The hotel even offered 10% discount on some restaurants, Zodiako was one of those we were at several times. Can really recommend it.
Incredibly close to the beach, like 3 minutes to the sun loungers we rented. The hotel also offers discounts on sun loungers. Also recommend to rent sun loungers, so convenient!
The best thing about the hotel, apart from the proximity to the beach was the staff. Superb staff, service oriented and familiar. Incredibly nice which really balanced out the hotel's simplicity!
In addition, the price of the rooms was incredibly good, only paid just over 10K for 4 adults, two rooms for 8 days, which I think is cheap anyway!
