Family vacation with a dog, top!

Very beautiful hotel, easily accessible near various services and facing the sea. Spacious, bright triple room with a livable balcony with a sea view. Very kind staff. Super reception staff! Spotless environments. Top services for pets: super! Dog's name on the door and kit in the room.
Useful partner parking. Beach 81 with service for dogs is very close, large dog run a stone's throw away. Pet store with original products. Good meals, adequate portions. Products also for those who are lactose intolerant. The owner welcomed us kindly along with her very cute and beautiful Pumay and Leon. We will return. Recommended!

A wonderful experience

Kind staff, the girls who serve at the restaurant are super kind and available for anything and any need, the hotel even if full of animals is always clean and tidy, animals can access all areas without any problem. Truly exceptional, I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation with their pet.

A simply fabulous stay!
Everything was truly perfect. The impeccable cleanliness is one of the first things we appreciated, as well as the apartment, furnished in a minimal but elegant style, with attention to detail and truly welcoming.
The house had everything necessary to feel right at home immediately, but what won us over even more was the attention given to our little dogs: they felt like two real queens!
Upon our arrival we even found a welcome kit dedicated to our furry friends, a very sweet and not at all expected gesture, which shows how much care and attention there is towards guests, even the four-legged ones. ❤️
A special thanks to Francesca, Samantha and Mario for their kindness, availability and for having contributed to making our stay even more pleasant. It is precisely these attentions that make the difference and make guests feel truly pampered. ❤️
We felt at home and will take with us a beautiful memory of these days. Absolutely recommended, especially for those traveling with their four-legged friends. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Terrible, all style and no substance.

I arrived today at 6:00 PM, greeted by chaos that reigned in the reception area, invisible to the staff, who, annoyed because I was alone, did not offer to help me unload my luggage. After a long wait, I was offered the dinner menu (hospital-grade). I must state that I had booked a suite consisting of two rooms and a bathroom. In the small room, it was stifling because it lacked air conditioning. I was offered a fan for the modest sum of 2500 euros for the week of Ferragosto. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I demanded that, given the high price requested, I have a room change. The staff, and in particular one of the owners, verbally attacked me, stooping to a low level not appropriate for the owner of a facility that now bases everything on merchandising and breed gatherings, neglecting the rules of good manners. At 8:30 PM, I loaded everything up and left. I will take action together with my husband.

Excellent

We just returned, hotel recommended by friends. Excellent experience, excellent food, perfect cleanliness. For our dog it is the first vacation, she was treated with attention and some pampering by the staff! We thank all the staff and Maria in particular. We also recommend this hotel.
