An amazing hotel

I should leave a negative review to ensure that the hotel has availability for my future stays!
On a serious note we had high hopes for our stay in Rimini, the first trip back for over 30 years.
We found this gem and even before we booked we felt it looked to be to good to be true. After a week here we were truly sad to leave. The room (Honeymoon Suite) was fantastic, the two balconies facing the beach were stunning. One balcony was in the sun most of the day while the other provided a break from the sun so was excellent to cool down, have a coffee and chill.
The welcome provided at the hotel was warm and friendly, all our contact with the staff was great so happy and helpful. A happy proactive greeting as you walk through reception really made us feel welcome.
There is a link with one of the beaches around 30 metres away.
There are loads of restaurants and bars within a five minute stroll. There is the usual range of shops catering to visitors.
The hotel is maybe 200 metres from the Metromare station and the bus stop is within yards. Tickets for both can be bought at the tobacconist next door.
The only negative is that they have not yet set their prices for next year so we cannot book again yet.

Excellent stay

We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was excellent with various sweet and savory options. There is also fruit available. The staff is very kind and helpful, and especially the room is very, very clean, including the bathroom. I would say excellent. We did not try the cuisine because the restaurant opens in June, but I would definitely return gladly.

Excellent Hotel Cristallo

Excellent facility by Rimini standards. Great rooms with new and large bathrooms. Great location on the seafront. Fast and professional impeccable service with sommelier!

Hotel located a stone's throw from the sea, friendly, courteous staff, welcomed us with big smiles. Breakfast and dinner super plentiful, express desserts, soft scones in the evening. Fantastic dishes, and the girls we needed were wonderful, especially Kristina, who served us all week always with a ready smile. Thank you. Super recommended hotel
