TOP staff but structure to be modernized
Structure that should definitely be modernized with some renovation, but cozy rooms, helpful and super friendly staff, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

I would say decent, but I wouldn't return.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my daughter and a friend of mine with her 2 children. If you are looking for a room to sleep in, it is fine for the price we paid. Unfortunately, if you are unlucky enough to get a room near the elevator, as I did, the noise is very annoying, but you can survive. The rooms are old, but the beds are very comfortable, decent cleanliness, towels changed every day, and the shower barely runs, so it is a bit tiring to take a quick shower. The air conditioning is excellent, the location is good, but it is a nightmare to find parking, costing between 10 and 15 euros a day. Unfortunately, we had the great misfortune that our children, aged 13, 6, and 8, got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. The staff did not know how to handle the situation at all, and we had to call the fire department to get them out. It was a very stressful situation, but it all ended well. In conclusion, if you are just looking for a room to sleep in without spending too much, this is the right place. If you want something more, do not go to this hotel; in my opinion, it does not deserve 3 stars, at most 2.

Nightmare hotel
I strongly advise anyone against taking a room in this "hotel." The cleanliness was nonexistent, with evident mold both in smell and appearance. Mattress with springs that broke your back. Unacceptable shower over the toilet in 2026. In the lobby, the sofas are in terrible condition. I must preface that the room was paid for at 160€ for 2 people without a tourist tax, without breakfast, just for the overnight stay.

DISHONEST manager and hygiene THIS UNKNOWN!
Given that I was aware of the low to medium level of the property... I certainly did not expect the grand hotel!
The least serious thing was the absolute lack of hygiene in the room... not working the TV remote I thought to turn it on from the buttons behind it and that's when I noticed 3 fingers of dust! At that point I looked carefully at the closet and even this was totally covered with dust on each shelf, so I gave up unpacking even though I had to stay for three nights ... Also I think I disturbed a beautiful spider and his house placed in the shower!
In spite of everything I decide to stay, because over the Easter weekend there were no alternative solutions...
The most serious aspect was the TOTAL DISHONESTY of the manager ... I had requested a quote over the phone and they had assured me to call back within a few minutes ... after 1 hour without answer I went on site and asked in person, agreeing on a fee ... only after entering the room (AND PAID) I accessed my email and read their quote, several euros lower ...
Some I ask for explanations at the reception and this gentleman, from the Eastern European accent (if it can help someone to distance himself from it) makes a thousand excuses, all suggestive and without any logic, and once cornered, when he no longer knew what to say, he simply left the reception, sitting quietly at the table to have lunch and then get up after 2 minutes and disappear, moments in which I was talking with the receptionist who came to replace him!

Good value for money. Basic hotel, but clean and quiet. Good location and good breakfast.
