Exceptional welcome and amazing staff

We stayed at the Domus Hotel with all the Sport Production staff of the Giro d’Italia and we really enjoyed it.
After a long business trip from Bulgaria, we arrived at the hotel at 1 am and found a really warm welcome: the manager and all the staff proved extremely helpful and kind, making us feel immediately at home. They even prepared us cold dishes despite the late hour, a gesture that was absolutely not obvious and much appreciated by the whole team.
The structure is well-kept: elegant, modern and recently renovated dining room, with a refined atmosphere thanks to white leather chairs and beautiful light vases.
Spacious, bright and very clean rooms, perfect even for large work groups like ours. Convenient also the internal parking, essential for all staff cars.
They told us that during the summer the hotel gives even more of its best thanks to the outdoor pool, which in May was rightly still closed.
Sincere thanks to the director and all the staff for the professionalism, availability and hospitality received. Highly recommended for both work and leisure stays.

The ideal hotel for university professors

Friendly hotel, reliable and friendly staff
Breakfast with a wide selection of high quality products
is also included a menu for celiacs
I always return very willingly

Perfect stay

Hotel with always helpful, professional and very kind staff.
Comfortable room, very large bathroom (shower top), spotless and quiet.
Despite arriving late they allowed us to dine and the breakfast is rich and varied.
Absolutely to recommend given the quality / price ratio.
Only regret is not being able to book the suite because already taken ... it is just fantastic

Hotel more than good, Staff excellent.

Very good: clean, great restaurant, really courteous, professional and at the same time nice staff. Great breakfast. At check-out, on the morning of 29/11, I was struck by the incredible professionalism, humor, and patience of the Attaché to this procedure, who managed to navigate with a smile the sea of the somewhat convoluted requests - concerning the form of invoices - that the bureaucratic rules of my administration unfortunately require me to submit.

Total attention to the customer

It was a quick stay, but it was enough to give top marks to this hotel. It is very close to Castiglione station, the staff (all without distinction) is very kind and very attentive to any need. The room (single deluxe) was very spacious and clean. Excellent full-length mirror, not always available in hotel rooms. Having left before breakfast time, I was given packed breakfast and it is not always obvious. I would only recommend changing the shower siphon (not everyone likes the fixed one) and increasing the toiletries
