Perfect location in the heart of it all! Excellent hotel. Fabulous staff. Good breakfast. Not American level air conditioning but this is Europe.

Beautiful hotel located 10 minutes walk from most World Heritage Sites. Close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and great muesli.

Great central location. Quiet inside rooms. Staff also very helpful. Giant room light fixture! Very small shower, though.
That room key is attached to a very heavy and bulky key ring to remind us to leave it when we go out. Quaint; I remember it from pre-EU days!
Breakfast staff was great; concierge too--always there. Marco, you're sweet; thanks for all your help.

Title: Clean but badly outdated — and a real safety concern

We stayed here for one night as a family of three before our cruise, and unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed. We paid around $156 USD during peak summer travel in 2026, which is inexpensive by European standards, but the value didn't make up for the problems.
The biggest issue was safety. The electrical outlet built into the headboard came loose and fell out, leaving exposed wiring right next to the bed. For anyone traveling with kids, that's not something you want to deal with.
Beyond that, the room was Spartan at best. The bed was the hardest I have ever slept on in my life — close to lying on a stack of bricks. The bedding all looked at least 30 years old, and the bathroom had a half-door shower that felt straight out of the 1970s. Everything was genuinely clean, I'll give them that, but the room was dated to the point that I wouldn't book it again. In U.S. terms, I'd rank it below a Motel 6.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they included a free continental breakfast, which was a nice touch.
Bottom line: clean and budget-friendly with kind staff, but outdated and — more importantly — the exposed wiring is a safety hazard the hotel should address. We would not stay here again.

It is a nice and clean little hotel in the center of Ravenna. Very close to everywhere you want to be. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. It is not chic but neat and the price is right! The breakfast was a little limited (not the selection that you might expect in big hotel), but worked perfectly fine. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The temperature in the room was good. All and all I had a very good experience staying there!
