A Villa for a family holiday!

A villa in the center, complete with an internal courtyard and a pergola garden in which to have breakfast, among the chirping of invisible birds, the bubbling gush of the spring where a family of water turtles splashes, the parties of Guenda the house dog and the placid wandering of two land turtles.
The strong point is the typically Mediterranean hospitality, mindful of that Greek "xenia" for which you welcome those who arrive with the same generosity with which you would like to be welcomed: the hosts open their doors with great availability, trying to meet every need (including food intolerances or ethical choices for breakfast) and promptly fixing any small hiccups (such as a "impaled" air conditioning).
A common area allows you to hang your laundry and take in air on the upper floors, overlooking the garden directly.
The right ratio of quality and price makes this property the ideal choice for a stay in this corner of paradise of Salento, between underground oil mills and crystal clear sea. Provided, however, that we have self-sufficiency in movement: the presence of architectural barriers limits the autonomy of people with mobility disabilities.
Attention to the ZTL adjacent structure: unfortunately the navigator indicates to cross it even when it is active. And the fines, alas, are higher than seawater!

Everything perfect

Second time we stay at this property and for the second time we were not disappointed. Everything perfect daily cleaning, super breakfasts and the inevitable availability and courtesy of the owners.

Family holiday and relaxation

We returned for the second time to this excellent place, managed with the utmost care and cleanliness, spacious and lovingly furnished room, excellent and abundant breakfast in the garden, very kind and helpful owners, strategic location between Leuca and Gallipoli with many beautiful beaches nearby. Highly Recommendation!

Pampering and hospitality

I came here with my husband for 2 days. We had a great time. The gentlemen were very hospitable and courteous. We had booked a double room, but being free we were given the suite: gorgeous. Daily cleaning, hygiene, sweetness, pampering, excellent breakfast especially the pasticciotti prepared by Mrs. Marisa. We felt right at home. Very nice also Presicce, but especially the sea area: crystal clear. We will definitely be back! Luisiana and Alessio
